Oh I loved Quincey !

on topic.... I loved Moonlighting, Cos - and I'd forgotten all about it.   I put my hands up to having a thing for Bruce back in the day.         I used to like Falcon Crest too.

Whatdo youmean back in the day? Bruce is still hot

I've heard Dexter might be good to watch, I did watch one ep but didn't get hooked.  But if you haven;t watched Prison Break I think you'd like it....quite a few LOST actors in it so that's always good

Ella I loved Prisoner Cell Block H  - why don't they show repeats of this?

About 20 odd years ago I went to see the stage show which starred the real life actors and we waited to meet Vinegar T*ts and Bea at the stage door

There are some great clips On Youtube

I also loved the original 90210 - not sure if they've ever repeated them?

Another two series' I'd like to watch old episodes of are Grange Hill and Brookside.

I had a conversation with my kids ages ago about TV now. I said it was better in my day....they beg to differ. Nowadays there's too many channels so they end up filling them with crap. When there were only 4 channels the programmes might not have been better quality but you appreciated it more.

Could'nt beat the 'Welsh Channel' tho, that came on in the afternoon in England......and the Test Card........and the Ear Piercing sound, after the National Anthem when we all had to go to bed.....

Oh lots of stuff Veggie   Right now I'm hooked on Dexter but on a weekly basis:

Neighbours

Home & Away

Eastenders

Desperate Housewives (returning soon YAY)

Jersey Shore

Chopped (great cooking programme on food network)

Law & Order Special Victims Unit

Friends (for the 100th time)

And in the past have loved LOST (right up there with Prison Break for best programe ever) Flashforward, Charmed, Shameless.

I'm looking for something that has nice twists and turns, that's not too predictable and doesn't run too long.  I love programmes with a character who has a great mind (CSI, House) and storylines that aren't all about love stories.

In short......anything that's not supernatural, vampirish (sorry Saz), paranormal or scientific.

My Dad watches all those sorts of things so I usually see a couple of episodes of the Good Life when I'm visiting him at the weekend... it still makes me smile.

I'm not so keen when its back to back Last of the Summer Wine tho.
