Never heard of Gene Hunt
He mings... hard
The first few seasons of 24 were brilliant, but then it got a bit samey and predictable for me - other people say the 8th season was much better, but I haven't seen it

Life on Mars and Ashes to Ashes - Great story lines and Gene Hunt
Just started watching V - really enjoying it.
Shurrup man! Life on Mars was great. Ashes to Ashes was crap. I watched the first one of Ashes to Ashes and declared it as crap. Mr Cinds watched it all, when he was watching the recording of the very last one I was there, within 5 minutes of it starting I said to him. 'HA I bet they're all dead' He was so cheesed off when I was right
Who mentioned St. Elsewhere? I loved that show.
But going back in time, I loved:
The Babapapas
Why Don't You?
Grange Hill
Brookside (in the early days - Damon & Debbie)
Thirtysomething
Sex in the City
Ally McBeal (the dancing baby -freaky but funny)
I'm sure there's loads more.
