Yes I think you are.

Theres no excuse for looting shops and burning people out of their homes,  we are meant to have left this kind of nonsense behind in the 80s.

The guy who the police shot was shooting at them, he deserved what he got.

Sorry Cologne , I can't agree with you on this one......  Burning down buildings and trashing the place.... let alone attacking the police..... isn't going to solve anything I'm afraid....

Some might say the police didn't go in heavy handed lastnight when maybe they should have done.

There's no excuse for the violence last night Col, they have systematically wrecked peoples lives and how the heck people got out of those flats in time is anyone's guess. Tonight in Enfield is exactly the same, nothing whatsoever to do with the guy that was shot, just mindless hooligans running riot.

Aggression does not fight Aggression...........exactly....and the scenes of aggression and criminality on the streets of London should not be tolerated..............They should have had water hoses aimed at them...FULL BLAST!

one of them buildings withstood the blitz and all it took was a crowd of little shits to burn it to the ground-no respect-no feelings-no pride-no nothing

so id quite gladly turn any weapon on them-they need it

its nothing to do with 'look where i live-what a shame for me'

its a case of 'where can i rob' and the police are so worried about where this could lead-theyre leaving the little gits to it

this is frightening

There was a young mother who lived above a shop and she was being interviewed on the radio lastnight in fear for her young baby while looters ere burning the shop below her, smoke was coming into her flat....im sorry but theres NO EXCUSE for scum behaviour like that.

I agree video, but that requires a perfect government. When are we going to have it?

Why does it require a perfect government? It was supposed to be a peaceful demo re the guy who was shot by the police........................instead scumbags gathered from all over to wreak havoc and see what they could loot and rob under the guise of a demo. I know people feel let down by the way this government are handling things - please let's not kid ourselves that this 'riot' last night had anything to do with that. Greedy, criminal, uncivilised people saw the chance to cause trouble and make a few quid on the side.

We are never going to have that, but surely we as a people can behave ourselves and treat others with respect, we dont need our government to be perfect in order for us to behave like decent human beings.

I saw on the news that they cleaned out PC World and were flogging laptops etc for ÂĢ20 a pop......now where does this fit in with a peaceful demonstration against a lack of information about some guy who his brother said carried a gun and may or may not have used in against  the police?.....They are just scum and yes, the police should have turned the water cannons on them and saved a lot of innocent people a lot of fear and stress
