Me too.

My new hate is, some of our customers, I have noticed a few doing this lately.  I will relay a typical conversation with the afore mentioned customer.

ME "Good Morning (insert name of my company here) how can I help you?"

THEM "yeah my machine has a pressure fault can you send somebody out"

ME "Of course, where are you calling from?"

THEM "well I'm on me mobile so at the minute I'm in Morpeth"

ME "Ok, but which company are you calling from?"

When I call someone and they ask where I am calling from, I do not say 'my desk in Newcastle' I tell them our company name.

It's probably just me.

OH and another 'work one'.  We have a massive client who we look after all over the UK and they fax jobs to us.  The faxes come in like this:

'Loosing pressure'

or

'No pressure' URGENT

and with that I will bid you all good night.

Why do they always split in one corner and never fit on properly anymore? It drives me nuts because I go into the fridge, pick up my tub of Flora (other brands are available) and the lid slips one way, while the tub goes another and my thumb invariably gets stuck in the marge.

This is so true

don't you just want to write on it 'make up your mind' and send it back?

Hell yeah!  If the client account wasn't so huge I would.  Sometimes one of the girls phones them in and she is just so damn rude on the phone I want to tell her to 'shove it'.  Husband has said about her attitude to the clients, and apparently her days are numbered anyway, so I can live (and laugh up my sleeve) with that.

Is all this re-packaging of foodstuffs with the Union Flag really necessary? Plus just how much is it costing?

Plus i have to say most of the fruit i bought this morning had the flag on the packaging/bags. Only the strawberries were British !

I had British strawberries today .......................can't beat em!
