Thanks  yes i want her too be covered for everything, she is looking forward to it but we are having to check all the cost's before we are sure she can go, she has been offered the place as a reward for her volunteer work (the trip is too teach kids abroad sport) but this so called reward had too be paid for by the parent  the trip is ÂĢ550 for a week B & B only  and they have just told us they want ÂĢ450 deposit non refundable by the 16th Dec  so at the minute we are abit unsure weather we can afford it

I know! Can you discuss with someone the level of deposit ?  Maybe come to some sort of arrangement ??

I've spoke too the college and they are looking into it   i've always hated that school's etc do this, imo they should discuss trips with the parents before telling the kids about them
