I think all of this is true, but it doesn't justify the behaviour of the opportunists. All this stuff is as old as the world, ppl have looted for thousands of years and taken their chance hanging off the back of somebody else's problem. In the moment, we seem to be back to the early '80 and guess who was in power.

Happens all the time with young people, they jump on the bandwagon of a protest/story and use rioting as an excuse. Shame that even if some do get caught, they face very little punishment. Pull any of that sh*t in places like Saudi Arabia and they get their hands cut off.

Why dont the Police implement the same level of action that they used during the Miners strike.

Because then they'd be accused of heavy handed tactics.

No ,there is  no excuse for what I am watching live on television.We here in the UK have free education ,health,job opportunities and they are not interested.They dont even respect their own community,they are trashing their community.God love them they are bored!
