Have you tried toasting them?  Put some ham and grated cheese in one and salsa sauce if you have any and toast it under the grill...nom nom nom.

I stuff them and oven bake them. We had them last night stuffed with minced beef and onion. Yummy

! Have you got shares in Old El Paso ? They are though, and dead easy .. I work daft hours and look  after my dad after work most nights, so when I get in I just shove something in a tortilla and ding it.. feels like  a proper dinner

I don't think wraps are bad for you are they?  I thought the were better than bread and the likes?

But they are bread  aren't they?  I know Spanish tortilla is an egg omlette thing. Anyway, I don't care about the calories now, I'm going to Greggs after I've picked up the girls from the montessori
