The second episode is tomorrow - cheesemakers.
Third on Tuesday 24th - sweetmakers.
Fourth on Wednesday 25th - cooking sauces.
Later episodes not yet known.
The two judges are food writer and restaurateur Nisha Katona and artisan expert Alison Swan Parente.

Ingredients are only part of the cost....there's the jars and labels to consider as well,so at £3.50, there can't be much profit per jar
