Ah ok. Another part of that film that wasn't shot where it was supposed to be, was the early prison part with Noel Coward - actually shot in Kilmainham Jail, Dublin.

I actually watched Top Gear last night!
What was with the weird ending? Was it the last one or something? Or was it the end of that car?..

i haven't seen it yet... got it on v+

they mentioned something on the hour today... but missed most of what was said until i realised they were talking about top gear...

I've yet to watch it as Hitch has got me hooked on iplayer

However it seems Jezza is in trouble again. Why? We've been laughing at WW2 jokes for decades.

they did mention that they had no new cars to test until november, so they are certainly coming back... unless the stig spontaneously combusts.

i think that film was just maligning the fact that one day a whole series of top gear will consist of cars like the g-whiz... which will be awful.

as for the berlin to warsaw joke.. i thought that was funny. i'm sure the polish people i know would have appreciated it too.

Yes agree. Also the "it feels like an endng" remark was probably meant to sound ominous... Jezza knows how to stir up controversy/interest in TG by his remarks.

In addition, JM definitely said on R5 Live that Jezza was away filming for the Italian Job segment - yet more proof of a new series.
