I've nearly broken the ten stone barrier... onwards and downwards! Not bad from a starting point of nearly 14 stone in Spring 2011   

I'm really enjoying The Vikings. Pity its over tonight. Was interesting to learn that when the vikings settled in York they sickened and died. Told you about that place

Actually best description of twitter I ever heard was "one big family watching tv together", because that's essentially what you do... for example last night was a night of "scary angels" and "oh noes Rory!"

I didn't know you were a Dr Who fan. I haven't watched it since that Christmas special with Catherine Tate in it, ages ago.

I wouldn't call myself a Whovian, but I like Doctor Who a fair bit.... Totally missed Eccleston's run because Piper was in it.

Will miss Rory... ok, Amy too... but Oswin seems cool.

How have you been keeping?

I'm doing ok thanks. Mrs Madwoman is still banging but the managing agents of my apartment building are taking it more seriously after I threatened to get a solicitor on them. The next step would be them taking legal action against her landlord. He served an eviction order [up a month ago] which she ignored but he won't take court action to enforce it so far.

I bought myself a little DAB radio and I use earphones to drown her out in the meantime. That and earplugs. 

Get after him then, not enforcing it... *tuts* It's not on.

Good that you can block it out though, DAB radios are amazing.

They are. I have a teeny little Asda one and *of course* a Sony one.

Have a wee cheepo one from Argos. Looks retro as seems to be standard.

One of the top ten American Dad episodes last night was the one where Roger scams Steve [the son] into thinking he's been accepted into Hogwarts. He thinks he's in potions class when he's really working in a crystal meth lab 

No, he steps over the boundary of Storybrooke.

Ah... well Giancarlo Esposito from Breaking Bad is in Once and Community... The meth lab stuff got me there.

He's a good actor, very chilling.

Sounds bad for Sneezy. Is that sheriff with the dodgy accent still in it?

oh no, he got killed by Regina in episode 7. (although, he pops up once in the enchanted forest flashbacks... maybe again)

Giancarlo is amazing. *nods* I heard about his last scene on Breaking Bad... eek.

I imagined he would meet a bad end. That reminds me I must start watching Breaking Bad again... think I stopped in the middle of series three, or was it four. It all got a bit samey, but apparently it picks up again.

I never got past the first episode... and I know you should give more than one episode a shot because the pilot is essentially an exposition dump, but... yeah...

Bad news: Mrs Madwoman put a cd recording under my door last Friday with a veiled threat written on the envelope not to discuss it with anyone or she'd find out.

Good news: I passed it on to the CMHT, and today I heard steps are underway to take her into hospital. Although there was a false alarm before  hopefully this time its true.

Well, that was my last overtime there. Hopefully, it'll calm down a bit.

I hope they get her carted away. Threats are the last thing anyone needs.
