In 1984 we were on hols in Blackpool and we took a day coach trip to York. Went to the wrong car park, the coach had left without us and we were stranded. My Mum had to get the police to put us on a train back to Blackpool.
I didn't like the place - it has bad vibes. I got the same vibes in The London Dungeon.

I didn't get bad vibes (but then I'm in my own wee world most of the time), I liked the wee old fashioned streets and whatnot. (You can just tell that everytime I went through the Shambles I thought I was in the Shades.)

I'll check it out. Sorry I'm a bit distracted and stressed at the moment. There's a crazy woman living in the next door flat. She caused a lot of trouble and was sectioned late 2009. Her landlord let her back and its all started again. Called the police and mental health services - she's still not removed though and her landlord doesnt care as long as he gets his rent

The neighour is really disturbed - yelling death threats to Tony Blair [ !!! ] stamping and and throwing things violently round her flat. Every day for months. She was sectioned from here before and put a warning note in my postbox. This time around she's been shouting things through my door after I complained about her. I heard yesterday, that they are going to hospitalise her again thankfully. Your spell worked.

Thanks Hitch. Called the police this morning - 3rd time they've been round in a month. The police have been good, especially our local bobby who happens to be a Scot, P.C Iain .
Mental Health services however have been appalling - "Care In The Community" basically means they don't give a frig 
They know she's been off her meds and causing disturbances for months.
Theres a lease governing this building so I'm hoping she can be evicted.

Saw bits of Springwatch, yes I worried about the sandpipers as they're so exposed. They made it, but it seems they're not turning the eggs which is a bad sign.
