I bought it recently . Unfortunately last year I was diagnosed with a thyroid problem, and I've put on a lot of weight. I'm starting with an hour a day, broken in ten minute sessions.
ah, well good luck with that.
you are setting a good example. *nods*
*looks at crisps longingly*
by the way.... where's the bloody nods smiley?

I'd never been prone to putting on weight... blessed with a high metabolic rate.
However, this last year, with the thyroid problem, I suddenly put it on Nooooo!
I've gone on an Atkins style diet so apparently its ok... you can eat as much as you like, provided its the right stuff... meat, fish, poultry, eggs, certain veg ( i.e. high in protein, low in carbs )

as long as you are getting enough carbs... good luck with it.
after going to secondary school i put on heavily, you'd think with all those stairs in that bloody building it would be pretty hard, but no.. lol haven't really been able to get much below 12 stone since.. i like carbs too much... couldn't live without crisps.

Hitch, Did RH get shot at, on that trip? I can't remember it... *scratches head* Are you sure you're not mixing it up with his " I love Man Love" car ride through Alabama? I can say for sure he was shot at on that one

Oh Hitch did you hear, the guy you like who plays Moss in the I.T. crowd, has just directed a film? Apparently its great too, it got five stars in the Telegraph http://www.telegraph.co.uk/cul...Festival-review.html
yeah, called submarines.
he was on a show up here called the hour (co-hosted by michelle mcmanus of pop idol 'fame') talking about it.
sometimes i'm surprised by the guests they have on a naff teatime show... (they had noel fielding and his friend (not julian barrett) on recently too.

True, true.
Generally I don't like gangsters, though I will make an exception for Omar Little from The Wire. Technically he robbed gangsters though...

lol, well done for enduring a badly designed red nose.
Looks like Comic Relief did very well last night, biggest total ever. Your pain was worth it
i ended up dozing off rather early.... never made it through alan carr.
ok, not that early... but i was going for a while...
didn't think the nose was that bad. normally they dig in and hurt my nose.. this was nice and soft, plus, my nose sticks out enough that i could clasp it to the tip.
did you partake of any rnd hilarity?

Arthur the moth lol i love it.
Saw the comic relief one hour highlights... err of course the serious bits were very affecting, but the comedy skits were pretty lame, considering the big names involved. I only laughed once and that was the Susan Boyle + Geraldine duet, when Subo's wig kept getting bigger.

the celebs round a table deal may have been funny if it hadn't already been done better by the ad mascots for children in need. *nods*
