Bent over to pick something up without looking, and hit the worktop's corner.
I have now seen Tuesday and Wednesday's Springwatches. All the predation!

Ouch! How are you doing now
Much better now. No more headache or dizziness.
Only one more great tit chick! Stupid jay...
Glad you're ok Do you have a bump?
Yes that was so sad, especially after the blue tit mother tried to raise two lots of chicks.
A little, skin's still sore and it slightly grazed/scabby.
That poor blue tit. She worked so hard. Felt bad for the woodpecker too.
Sounds like a bad knock. Hope its healing ok and you didn't do yourself any serious damage.
I seem to be ok. No fogginess or dizziness. Shouting at Markiplier for being an idiot in a let's play, so totally back to normal.
How are you?
Ah thats good
Been painting + decorating thanks, mostly white to make my teeny flat look bigger.
... and Hoolihan just scored so feeling quite chipper
Excellent to hear. Decorating is a pain. *nods* I haven't watched any of the footie past the opener, even missed the Italy match.
That said, I hope you didn't miss "poldark Martin".
I was smiling and thinking of our discussion throughout! Is he coming on here for ideas you reckon?
How is Pippin doing? How would you rate hamsters as pets...
Indeed, I do wonder... *doffs cap just in case* but, I just remembered that Aiden Turner spent the scything scene without a shirt... Martin being a bit more classy there. *nods*
Pippin is dandy. She is taking food from the hand without nipping now, which is nice. I'd say 7/10 so far... not into cuddles but a bit more sociable than a fish.
Yes and even worse he put an anorak on!!! Talk about spoiling the mood The only raunchiness was those fish!!!
<<< actually that smiley is what their faces looked like lol
Yes I'd imagine hamsters aren't that cuddly really. I used to handle them at my school's Animal Club [ girls would bring their gerbil and hamster cages in and leave them overnight for some reason ]. They were quite wriggly as I remember but lovely to touch all the same .
Anoraks... *folds arms and shakes head*
Fluffy and soft. She was shaking a little today... scared? Surely she knows me by now.
Aww poor wee Pippin. Wonder why that was, indeed ? Umm... maybe she smelled something different that made her scared? [ I'm assuming hamsters are like mice with their super sense of smell, but maybe not ].
Just looked it up... perhaps when the weather cooled recently, it shocked her system? Apparently they're very sensitive to a drop in temperature. You've provided her with bedding though, so maybe not. Does she have a little container within the cage, to curl up in + conserve heat? Some peeps suggested hammies like those, and they drag their bedding into them?
Or get her one of these?
Seriously, hope she'll be ok xx
She has one. She only seems to go in it to groom. Plenty of bedding, she even nicked some kitchen roll I had near the cage overnight.
Ah yes, of course *nods*. Hopefully she's ok again by now?
Springwatch went fast didn't it. What a beautiful sight, the mother stoat and her kits gambolling about. Not so sure about Iolo's bird poop hat.
Seems to be.
I liked the baby sparrowhawk. Kits were good too. That was quite a hat, resplendent decoration... O.o
Springwatch over... back to Hammywatch! Any updates?
