I haven't been called young in a long time.
You're young compared to me *waves walking stick cheerily*
Early thirties... och sure you're just a wee babby

I dunno, I'm to the stage of "He's rather hot... and 25... ew ew no!" People 20 years younger than me can go on internet forum without parent consent... How is that possible? *blinks*
to the first and
to the second. Yeah... its a scary thought.
Anyhow. My friend was supposed to be having a c-section yesterday... and I've heard nothing. In worry mode now.
Oh no, you must be so worried Hitch. Hope all will be well for your friend xx
I have since got a text, Zohra has made her appearance.

How lovely Zohra is a beautiful name too xx
She named after grannies, her middle name Elizabeth after my friend's mum.
Glad all went well for your friend, and wee babby Zahira Elizabeth
*coughs*zohra*coughs*
Yay. Footie tomorrow. Planning anything nice this weekend.
Bliddy hell sorry ... I do that a lot
Called someone by the wrong FM name recently too. Maybe I'm going gaga - at least I'm in the right place
yay for Footyness!
Umm...nothing planned... apart from going down A + E + asking for a brain transplant
Don't worry about it, after 6 weeks away I'm calling the kids by the wrong names in work.
We were right behind the goal. I'm probably on Sportscene ducking and covering from the missed goals.
They do brain transplants? Oh goodie... I can maybe ask for one that's good at... stuff.
What match were you at? Sounds like you had a good seat [ apart from the nervous ducking ].
Celtic vs ICT. We won, but we managed to half the goal difference midway through the second half.
Well done anyway... a win is a win
I sent my brother a window birdfeeder for his Birthday. Its doing great business... he sent me a vid [ They look like sparrows? ...would be brilliant, as their numbers have declined so badly in recent years ].

[ Sorry can't get vid to upload properly, so link will have to do ]
Nice. I'd agree with the sparrow assessment.
I met Zohra yesterday. Still not a baby person, she will grow though.
Ahhh lovely What's she like? Did you hold her yet...
Yes I prefer em when they're older and start saying cute stuff!
Oh and yep... Owen says they're a sparrow family. Looked up the rspb guide and indeed the juveniles have yellow beaks [ like the one on the far right ]. I'd like one of those window feeders but there seem to be no small birds round here whatever Just gulls, pidgies and magpies.
I did, it was awkward. Umm.. baby-like? I'm not really a baby person.
Cool. I'm not sure how secure/refillable one of those would be for one up.
Good point. I may have to do with one of these [ they do a range of birds complete with real calls ].

I just ordered one for Owen's birthday
. He's hoping his latest robin sticks around the garden... but got him a spare just in case
