Fingers crossed.
Hopefully your migraine is better? You seem to be plagued by bad ones

I hadn't had one for a couple of months until last weekend... here's hoping that'll be me for a while. It's a fairly recent turn of events, I used to just get the ocular ones every couple of years.
Sounds awful. Wonder what causes them?
I don't know... starting to think caffeine... Nnnnoooooooo!
Oh no you reckon? Hard to go without it.
Following the Ireland match on the forums... 1-1 with Sweden. Wonder how Scotland are doing?
We got beat, but only 1-0, and Belgium aren't a duff team.
I can't do without tea... so, I'm just going to keep going and try to disprove that theory. *nods*
Indeed, Belgium have some top players. We lost 2-1 [and worse, played hoofball ]
Tea mmmm. Green tea apparently has less caffeine - ever tried it? Its nice with jasmine, the plain stuff is fairly yuk though i.m.o.
I like a lot of teas. Black, red bush, jasmine, chrysanthemum, puar, oolong and one leaf (I think one leaf is a type of oolong though)... Oolong is the best.
You know your teas Hitch *nods*
Don't think I've tried Oolong, had to look it up. I like that perfumy Chinese tea stuff. Or Lyons [Irish brand favoured by Mrs. Doyle]
[*coff* displays her ignorance ]
I was at a tea ceremony in China. Got to try a few. Was lovely. I need to find oolong here.
That must have been the coolest thing ever. I'm officially jealous.
It's not a big thing... just the way they pour it... taking time to enjoy the smell. Bit like wine tasting, except you don't have to spit.
Ah... I see. Chinese people do enough spitting as it is. One of the things I didn't like
CP is on the Sarah Millican show tonight. Its a repeat though.
Hope you're well?
That they do.
I am well. Tired, but well. Yourself?
Ok ta, apart from a bit of insomnia Hope it passes
Insomnia? *sings a lullaby*
Idiot here last night. Fell asleep at half 10 whilst listening to an audiobook, woke up around 20 minutes to 2, Sir Samuel having discovered the secret of Koom Valley without me *harumph*,light on and needing to get things ready for today. slept another 2 hours before waking up in nice time for my alarm clock... Numpty!
Aww nooo.
keep meaning to try audiobooks but they're a bit pricey, no?. I just make do with the abridged books on R4.
Thanks for the lullaby
Audiable. ÂĢ7 a month, I get one credit per month... The non-credit prices are horrific though.
I have MP3s of a couple of R4 Discworlds on my Walkman.
You are welcome.
That's good value. I've a big enough backlog of podcasts to keep me going before starting on audiobooks.
Hope your sleeping is back in synch?
My sleeping is never in sync. I rarely sleep during the week and spend the weekends unconscious.
I only listen to two podcasts. One is twice a month (Welcome to Night Vale) and the other is only on during US speed Once Upon a Time broadcasting hours... I generally find podcasts a hassle. How many are you going through?
