Turns out there's a school being staffed for cleaning by all overtime dinnerladies. They cut down the numbers to the bare minimum, so as soon as someone is off sick, everyone is screwed.

Yes, the Vale looks about right and the foresty bits at Winterfell especially look like Tollymore. We used to go picking blueberries there.

Yeah... the infamous Red Wedding. In hindsight, Robb never had a Point of View chapter... it should maybe have been a clue. Yeah, wasn't that fussed about losing him and can't remember her name (in my defense, she should've been Jeyne Westerling, but isn't) either.
Ramsey Snow... you wouldn't be surprised that he's known as the Bastard of Bolton... Literally and figuratively.

The books are good, I'm on part 2 of the last one, definitely worth a read... there's a lot of elements the shows misses out.
My favourites generally aren't big characters. I love Dolorous Edd, Edmure Tully, Pod, Tyrion, Jorah Mormont, Arya, Dany and dragons. I dislike Cersei, Littlefinger, Tywin... not too many I dislike, as you said, people have their good and bad bits.
Ah I see, thanks. I'd agree with those I also have a sneaking like for The Hound and Varys... or maybe its the actors who play them are so good.
