Yeah. Not as many good panels as past years, but I saw Boba Fett (Jeremy Bulloch), Ted Dibiase and Jim Duggan with Noam somebody and Grado (Scottish wrestler, occasionally in the soap River City.), then there was a Doctor Who panel with all companions... one of whom was Strax.

I got two Kaiju DVD's, three Funko Pops (including Peggy Carter! Hurrah!), a wee Sailor Pluto plushie and a signed photo of Hacksaw Jim Duggan, who was lovely.

The Shepherd's Crown... last Discworld book. I'm halfway through it... the crying has been loud and ugly. I'm glad it arrived at the weekend.

as for Strictly, not heard the whole line-up yet... not heard of many of those at that. I think we may be supporting Daniel O'Donnell in this house.

I hear CBB has started? Any actual celebs on it?

Wonderful. The crying at the death and the two or three chapters after wasn't the normal little sniff and a single rolling tear... it was utter devastation. It was nicely handled though, and Death's clear admiration was warming. The conclusion was joyous, the laughs were still there... never far with the Feegles.

Just need to wait a couple of months before the facebook fanpage can chat properly (it's only out in the US tomorrow. We are being nice.. but it's so hard.)

Did you see the articles in the guardian today? Jonathan Jones is a nasty, snobby man.

Yeah!   And better telly generally, as the nights draw in.

I heard Daniel O'Donnell interviewed on RTE radio... and I'm officially supporting him in Strictly!  He's a nice guy and he's cheerfully and uncomplainingly taken an almighty slagging over the years. C'mon wee Daniel!

I came online yesterday... and my phone alerted me to a Markiplier charity live stream... I got nothing else done. oops.

On the plus side, he went it to relatively unplanned. Made a pledge off the top of his head if he hit target. Instantly regretted it. But, as he's a man of his word, pink haired Markiplier is happening.

I have grown up surrounded by the Daniel O'Donnell fandom. I shall enjoy his inclusion, even if I do groan if made to sit through a video. I do like listening to him speak though, nice gentle accent.

I'm not big on zombies, so no to those two. I think All I have for September is Once Upon a Time, Dark Swan should be interesting... and Sleepy Hollow, which needs to focus more on the Mills sisters this season. Not sure about Agent Carter, that may be mid-season.

Just found out who Markiplier is... thanks Hitch / Google . Culturally I'm about ten years behind *coff*

Yes Daniel is lovely... as long as he doesn't spoil it by singing *nods*. Did you see Strictly last night?

You have some good shows lined up then  Oh.... they're not zombies in The Returned - they just show up "alive" when they've supposedly been dead several years. No explanations why... just hints. Its all very mysterious and French. Is it the end of the world? Are the living ones actually dead themselves? Keeps you guessing, almost Lost-like [if I may use that hallowed name].

Oh dear. A lot of things young people do/say on the internet is lost on me. Did you know "thick" doesn't mean stupid to young people? It seems to mean attractive. That may cause multi-generational misunderstandings.

Nope to the singing. *nods* I did see it. Pasha seems to have got the duffer this year. But, new guy Gleb seems interesting.

Somebody's walking around who shouldn't be... so, zombies. *nods*
