I was thinking of getting a box set of Bette Davis films. They don't seem to show them on tv anymore and the ones I want aren't on Netflix, Lovefilm or Blinkbox.
She was great and didn't take any carp on or off screen 
Bette Davis is pretty amaze. 
I tend to find the things I want are never anywhere.

I got an Amazon delivery today. What a palaver! Asked Amazon [by email and by phone] to instruct the 2 couriers to telephone me because of broken intercom. Message didn't get through 
... Luckily by chance workmen left the front door open so the Citilink delivery man got in. Second courier [DPD] hadn't got the message either so I rang the local depot to give them my number.
Got all my stuff though... phew.
Yay!
Tomorrow is my big delivery day. three different deliveries. Have banned people from leaving the house empty at any stage.

I didn't get the Bette Davis DVD set in the end, just stuff I needed for the flat.
I DID get a baseball bat though, no kidding. I noticed from the Amazon buyer reviews, most were buying them for home security not sport.
It was a tenner which isn't much for peace of mind.
I will put it in my bag when I go down to the hall for my post.

It is lovely. It's Kindle Fire (non-HD). Battery life is low compared to a normal Kindle, but it is shiny and can play my audio books.
Sounds lovely. Its great when you're in lurve with a new gadget.
