How lovely for the kids.
So how are you getting on in the cup? *chucks Hitch a sports drink bottle*

Ooh - a new nest - whitethroats. Now we're off to do a bit of hedgehog spotting!
The Slobs nest gets worse Oh maaaan! hurry up and fledge! It probably stinks so much even predators won't go near it.
Two more sweeps against us. Ah well... we were never a winny team.
I will catch up with Springwatch when I wake up tom... later today.
Oh.. I think the owlet fledged... seemed that way on twitter.
Idiot here forgot she iplayer desktop pre-installed on his machine... I can watch them the day after without making my score sending lag. Huzzah!

Aww bad luck.
Grub fledged? Missed it, been distracted with BB starting. Yes its that time again
From what I've seen on the first three episodes... he's been too young to fledge... I know not what I saw on their social feeds now.

Can't believe anything you read on the internet
Wise words indeed. *ahem*
You have been distracted by Cup business.... very understandable.
Speaking of which... are you looking forward to next week. Are you supporting any teams apart from Italy?
I have. *nods*
I am. Not sure... I tend to pick up underdogs as the first lot of matches get done. You looking frward to it? Or planning to avoid it like the plague?
Yeah - not supporting any particular team but probably cheering on the underdogs.
I quite like England - mainly because Roy Hodgson looks like a womble
The younger players don't seem so spoilt, either.
Now that you mention it... he does look like a womble!
Did you see Game of Thrones yet?

Did you see Game of Thrones yet?
Yes! it was like an action film! From blogs it seems they changed a couple of things Dolorous Ed was great - wish they'd show more of him. And Sam... aww I love Sam.
What did you think?
I loved it. I had only two problems with it... *deep breath* thingy and thingmae were supposed to survive that battle. I am unhappy. Imagine how bad I'd be if Edd had bought it instead/too? Edd is my favourite.
Sam did good. Someone said that since he's killed a Whitewalker and a Fenn that probably makes him one of the top fighters in all of Westeros.
What a great episode!
I forgot we were trying to be less spoilery in here in case Fluffy popped in... just rushed in to edit my post.. but you've quoted it and... oops.
I knew that one was coming, wasn't too bothered. Anyway, after Aurochs (use the nickname, less obvious. ) took on the role set out for the blacksmith, I only really cared about Edd's well being.
In other news...
I knew I saw that Grub had fledged! My eyes did not deceive me! Shame about the scrape too. Naughty badger.
Oh carp I forgot... have fixed it now!!
Yes Grub has indeed "branched" I missed Monday night's Springwatch as it was G.O.T. and BB night.
Very cute little parakeet on Martin's shoulder at the end last night...it looks like love. Ahhhh
Edited now too.
I've not seen Tuesday's yet...got it downloaded, so I can watch whilst playing... only i don't get through as much games as watching MST3K, so...
I understand *nods* ...gotta juggle BB and World Cup from tomorrow [if I stick with BB that is... its not great so far]
There were young badgers on Springwatch tonight but not for long unfortunately... they say they're shy this year.
Any badger is good badger.
I think missed a sparrowhawk/peregrine falcon today. I heard the roosting seagulls go barmy, dismissed it as breeding season kerfuffle... but, when I went to work there was an excessive amount of feathers across the road. Exciting... unless you are a seagull.
Ooh exciting! Seagulls are the only birds round here apart from pigeons and magpies. All I've seen is them fighting and err "romancing" the females
Think you'll like tonight's Springwatch, about 36 mins in
In this wee area we have pigeons, seagulls, magpies, crows, jackdaws, robins, house sparrows, starlings and long tailed tits... that I've seen. I've heard a sparrowhawk once... all I saw was the pigeons having a mass panic.
36 minutes in eh? Hmm... I look forward to that tomorrow...
Martin and that parakeet was the cutest.
That's a lot. Its good there are sparrows, as apparently their population has crashed.
36 mins 36 secs in... I checked... for research purposes you understand.
The numbers have dropped significantly. Used to be a nest opposite my kitchen window, but they tore that building down.
Ok... this is intriguing... you went back to check.

Ok... this is intriguing... you went back to check.
I may do so again, just to make sure...
I am about to start the day before's... You shall hear from me after 9pm... *awaits second episode*
Yes. I much approve. He did look ever so dashing.
Yes. I much approve. He did look ever so dashing.
He wears it well
Indeed. Not every man can pull off a kilt... so... to... speak... *ahem*.
The tweed trousers were appropriately proper too.
lol
*blimey... fans self.. changes subject*
Are you looking forward to the Italy match tonight?
The cameraman/director seemed to think so too...
Kind of... kind of not... I've managed to see one match so far. I missed the outrage over the Mexican disallowed goals. I missed The Netherlands humping Spain (who'd've thought it?!). I want to see more random matches.
Yeah... its hard to get into the early matches. Plenty to go
I paid for a month's VPN to watch RTE's WC coverage, but it won't play! Probably cos of my antivirus or firewall. Hey ho Theres always clips up afterwards.
Ah boo to VPN. Are you going to chase them up? Is there a DRM maybe? Would Hola Unblocker help?
Thanks, will try Hola
The BBC panel is better than expected - good variety. Neil Lennon was on it today.
It works!!!! THANK YOU Hitch
Yay!! can't wait to see Dunphy and Giles arguing at half time!!!
*bows* At your service.
Glad it's sorted. Silly DRMs.
Yeah, I saw Lennon earlier. Better than I was expecting, but no Strachan.
And Hola is a free VPN so I needn't have paid ! Thanks again Couldn't get HMA to work at all... maybe I was jipped
Strachan was on itv, the later coverage... do you not think much of him?
