New Year's resolutions that this time i have to make last 

No more flickery plastic candles to stare at and say "they look so real"

I can only think of one thing I dislike and that’s taking down all the decorations and tree because then the room looks bare.

And the same to you Baz! As you can tell still stuck here but the house is ready list in the new year and OH has his retirement in and approved for Feb so fingers crossed! 

I relate to your third item in your list but that’s one thing I am looking forward to, and being able to join you all properly on here!

Had all of that myself. When I see my parcel is being delivered by Hermes, my heart sinks. I'm OK with paying postage, but I want to have an option to omit Hermes from the list of delivery companies.

Waited for the 2 parcels and after3 weeks Hermes said they were unable to deliver them. (i.e. they've lost them). Did get a prompt refund from the retailer.

Exactly so! I've been getting stuff from that same retailer for slightly over two years and they only use Hermes and in all that time there's only been one minor fault.Rest of the time I've received my stuff 2 days after I ordered it.
