TOP FIVE - things you got wrong all your life:

1 I thought it was Instambul all my life . . . . til recently

2 I never realised sprouts grew on a stalk and when i saw it I was staggered!!

3 I've been spelling ridiculous wrong all my life - til i got auto-correct. It's not rediculous.

4 It's Jim Beam not Jim Bean - since when?

5 Changing the clocks to denote summer and winter is not just in the UK.

I discovered this about 2 yrs ago LOL
