He could very easily have drowned ... he would have panicked completely if they'd thrown him in and would not have been able to get free of the cover ... and by the time anyone got him out it could have been too late ... it was a completely irresponsible thing to do and BB definitely suffered from delayed reaction ...

BB waited until they had him a the side of the pool to make an announcement ... I actually couldn't hear the exact words that were said though ... maybe someone else heard ...?

It was after BB stepped in that they said that. I think they may well have thrown him in if they hadn't been stopped. I think it was only when they were told that they thought of the dangers.
