Why should we have to pay to be old? It's not a choice we make, yet still we are penalised for growing old?
people who choose to take drugs, drink etc are helped via the FREE NHS, yet we have to pay to live through the trials of old age...as Catherine Tates Nan would say....'what a load of old sh**'

But Labour has made the lives of my family and myself worse....penalised for being married (I'm not entitled to any help from govt cos we are married and the boys are my hubbys...)....penalised cos my hubby has worked hard to get on in his career (tax)....penalised cos we own a nice car.....and now my in-laws are faced with the prospect of watching their savings being taken as payment for their misfortune for making it to old age....unless they were to move to Scotland where old age care is free....

Nick Clegg impressed me the most overall. I hope there'll be a hung Parliament to end the one party Gov't.; We need big changes to move forward not the outdated stagnant same old same old way of doing things.

But does a hung Parliament not mean the government that's there, stays there  Sort of..the country can't decide so it stays as it is

From the debate tonight, it looks as though Gordon is expecting a hung parliament too....the way he kept going on about how Nick and he were in agreement etc...major suck up mode!!

Nick already said in the event of a hung parlament he would side with which ever had the outright majority of votes.

No, it means there is no overall working majority.... but the one with even 1 more vote still makes the up the government.... at least I think it does...
