me I like me pints  I drink wine on Saturdays and voddie, but at the quiz I drink pints of lager...I love it, but I put weight on with it, so only really drink it on thursdays

True, I've never stuck to one. I had to have a throat operation a couple of years ago and went for the pre op and got weighed  that was my motivation and I've stuck to it since

best thing was, I had a benign lump removed from my Saliva Gland, and here's me dieting and they weren't sure if it was cancer or not until they removed it  Told ya I was dizzy 

Aww, I know, but it's stressful for anyone hearing the 'lump' word 

I'm fine Pam, I've only one Saliva Gland now, and the scars hardly noticeable now...when I first saw it, I thought my head was gonna fall off
