I spoke to the lady at the P O (proper gossip) for the first time.
She was heading up to Edinburgh at the weekend, the trains still running , there was just some delays in the early hours.

We're just outside Edinburgh Eve - we were due to drive through to Renfrewshire tonight to see my parents but we are not even going to attempt heading Glasgow way.

Bought the tickets over a year ago - stuck them in a drawer - thought the show was Saturday the 4th - dug them out the other day and its on Friday 3rd


Could get the train but the roads down to our local station are treacherous and to walk would take an hour or so.
