That's pretty accurate Saint, there's a 'Keep Warm' button and a 'Toast from frozen' button too.  

 

The thickness, freshness and temperature of the bread playes a part too, as does the type. (Brown, white, fruited, English crumpets, Scottish pancakes, etc.)
