I saw a programme where they are using fungus to remove the bitterness from chocolate meaning we can use less sugar in the process of making eating chocolate.
I don't see any Umpa Lumpa's
This is my most favouritest part of the programme.
I am really going to have to try and make a chocolate fondant with gooey centre.
