OT I have just had virgin TV installed and am happily catching up on Come Dine with me...

I am watching one from Glasgow where there is this woman who has her make up all labelled in filing system and I think her name is Mrs Anal retentive.
Anyway they are all sitting on the floor in some sort of picnic fashion and one of the others politely pointed out they could see her knickers...

To which she replied quite stridently...
"Thong thong actually,,,, thong!"
OMG why does she think they are interested? Is it a status thing ... "look at me I am over 40 and yet still wear a thong! "

I mean... really!

I've never seen the attraction of thongs - why would I want to walk around all day with my underwear caught up my bracket?

I'm on their facebook group and they are currently looking for people from West London to apply. I'm thinking of landing my mum in it

I remember the Glasgow one, it was a goodun (was she called Jane?). My fave ever one was the footballers the other week, I was in tears laughing.

It was a great episode and to my shame I can't remember her name. But clearly appearance is all to her.

I suppose it wouldn't have been the same had she had said "granny pants, granny pants actually granny pants! "
But I feel it is a great catchphrase.
