So if they don't actively ask him to repay the money he's not going to, even though he knows it was fraudulently acquired!!!
They should all be sacked forthwith, with no remuneration or glowing references AND made to pay every penny, that was fraudulently claimed, back. Even if it takes a while.

Do they really think that saying 'sorry, I made a mistake' and giving some money back makes it all OK?
