Next, Clarks, Topshops size 6 often fit a 6.5, M&S,

Online.. for boots I go to duo.com.. they do like a bespoke fitting thing.. foot size, calf size the lot. Also there is a site called the shoe tailor.. they do half sizes.

I know about Clarks and M & S.Boots are no problem a seven is okay,just a plain closed in court shoe is a bugger to find.
