Mirrors in a bathroom 
That's another one my daughter has a mirror opposite her bed and eveytime i make it i jump cause i think there's a bloke standing behind me (it's 1 of those out of JLS on her wall) 
it's also frightened her as well though
But, But....If she has a poster of JLS......she should be making her own bed.. 
Why is it we always feel as if we might be about to be scared out of our wits halfway up the stairs?

I have been known to forget I've put bread in the toaster and then jump when it pops up in front of me
I also do that 'sleep jumping' thing, it's so weird.

I had a nightmare after the last Crimewatch was on, nothing referred to what was on the programme and it had never happened before, but it woke up in fear
