Unusually no. I was a bit naughty really ...............I prepared it a bit earlier and had a small bowlful as I was hungry. Mr Woo came in and we had a portion each with some rice - then Mr Woo finished it off. Tres greedy

But it was nice - I've started to put a hint of cinnamon in - it really makes a difference.

Sounds lovely Soozy. Do you mind me asking for your recipe? I'm in the mood for chilli but my last few efforts were a bit meh

OK - all rough - nothing measured

Fry large chopped onion, two garlic cloves and two chopped chiliis (depending on how hot you like it. I fry it in fry light.

Mix some ground black pepper, half tsp cinnamon, half a teaspoon of ground cumin into the minced beef - then add to onions.

Fry for a while then drain off excess fat. Add a tin of chopped tomatoes, some par boiled cut green beans and baby corns - a little boiling water and a knor beef stock pot. Cook for 25 mins.

I don't particularly like kidney beans but I think that'd be the norm to add - I sometimes put mushrooms in too.

Cumin has been in the cupboard for ages... never knew what to do with it

Not too much though Rosie .......................TBH - I just make things up as I go along.
