I too can shout but it doesn't sound like that. Was she simply shouting in tune - honestly I can't tell the difference.

The trouble is that if Janet has a great second song (not likely) her first tragic performance will be forgotten and she'll be voted through.
She has been terrible for weeks now and has forgotten her words before, she deserves to go.
She was good last week Vids...pretty dire tonight admittedly BUT she is different and I think maybe would do okay with her own stuff and away from the X Factor machine

Janet doesn't get on with anyone... apparently she's a 'small town girl' who doesn't mix. She keeps herself to herself backstage too.
She should keep herself to her bedroom imo.
She hasn't got the 'X Factor' whatever that is, (manufactured pop?) but she will, more quietly, do okay out of this imo. Mischa B has definitely got the best voice, but not the 'likeabilty' factor, that 'bulleh' label has stuck, be it true or otherwise, Amelia has definitely got the X Factor, not the best voice on there, but v likeable, 'cool' and comparatively interesting, (she may lose out on the 'locality' votes 'though given that Middlesbrough is pretty small and has the highest unemployment rate in England.)
How long before Louis says "I want Manchester to pick up the phone for you"?

I also read that Louis is the only judge with a guaranteed contract for next series. If we're stuck with him I hope the other three go.. I don't like any of them.

Each to their own, but IMO, someone needs their ears unclogging of wax if they think Amelia can't sing.
Okay I'll make it easy for you and everyone else on here who seem to think she's a great singer. Next time she performs, listen. Listen to the first part of the song, then listen to the chorus. As soon as she reaches a note she can't 'sing' she yells it. That basically means she has a very limited vocal range but can get away with it by shouting or yelling the note.
Tell-tale signs: the note is yelled in one long line with no intonation and no character just a long drone that tails off suddenly, just stops DEAD. That's what you get when someone is shouting because they can't control the note.
That's my last word on this except to say it's Kelly's fault for not teaching her how to sing properly and control the notes. She really should know better, maybe she can't be arsed I don't know. She probably thinks Amelia is popular enough with all the yelling anyway so why bother.

We all said last week Janet would be out and she didn't even finish bottom two. It's all a bit bizarre. She was terrible both times tonight but bottom two so far will probably be Misha and Amelia.
