I think it confirms that he really isn't a ballad singer .......................he's a great singer/performer with all the backing but - in this instance - when it was all stripped bare - he was found wanting IMO.

I too can shout but it doesn't sound like that. Was she simply shouting in tune - honestly I can't tell the difference.
Have to admit, her other performance was better... she is still awesome though.
Amelia made a good job of that..apart the weak ending.
