WTF have I just watched?

I want a smoke of whatever it is the judges had before giving their verdicts on katie and cher and I want a pint of whatever Brian's been on this series.  The choreography this year has been spectacularly cringe-worthy.

*sits gobsmacked* What the heck was all that about? Jungle book ffs...

my flabber is gasted.

am i the only one who isn't buying into the hysteria over one direction??........bunch of 'cute' boys who can't sing that well and they're being hyped as the biggest thing since the wheel.....i think louis was spot on......simon couldn't give a chicken nugget about belle amie.....he thinks one direction will win and is focusing solely on them...

aiden is awful to watch........john i could fall asleep too.......cher looks like she'd mug me of my last fredo..........

thank god for wagner...........

We caught a few bits before Wallander. That o e who replicated the Zappa version of the Britney Spears song appeared to be the best x factor performer of all time. The girl who did the Beijing version of Whole lotta love was good too. It was easy to come to the conclusionthat these are the best bunch ever but mebbees we didn't see enough?

Arthritis pain stops Mary Byrne dancing on The X Factor

Mary Byrne has revealed that the reason she had to change her song this week, was because her arthritis was playing up and making the dance routine that went with it very painful.

Mary burst into tears during rehearsals because of her sore knees on Thursday and got so upset that her mentor Louis Walsh allowed her to change from ‘Ain’t No Mountain High Enough’ to her original audition song, ‘I (Who Have Nothing). The Dublin singer told The Daily Star:

“My arthritis was very bad this week

Matt was great,(Travis did a very similar take on Hit Me Baby)
Like I said last week, that is who Matt reminds me of .... Fran Healey

I thought the standard was pretty high last night. Not that all of them are particularly my cup of tea ... but some really great performances.

Matt, as ever, the best of the night, by a long chalk,  imo ... Treyc & Paije were great too!

I thought Belle Amie did so much better than the week before .... they looked much better too ..... 1 Direction were great   I always enjoy watching their performance

Didn't think John was perhaps as good as last week, maybe that was down to the song choice but I'll stick my neck out & say he'll be in the botttom 2 this week along with Wagner.

Cher .... amazingly confident and owning her performance as usual   but I thought the song choice / mix was like car crash TV. .... Rebecca .... I thought she was great .... but I'm not sure that I'd buy her records tbh ..... Katie did a great performance too .... but I did prefer her effort from last week if I'm honest.

Aiden ... I wasn't blown away by his performance. For me, his best was the first week with Mad World ... he's such a strange guy ..... beautiful eyes though

Mary was good .... but I'm never really that interested in her performances tbh.
