I think you are all extremely critical of Bell Amie. They might not have totally gelled yet, but that will take time and I think they have a great style and serious potential. If you look at the individual audition of all the Bell Amie members they all can sing, look at the Girls aloud individual auditions apart from Nicola and Nadine they were all atrocious, but they became one of the biggest girl groups in the UK.

Give them a chance for crying out loud.

Just saw Storm and Diva Fever on This Morning. Storm said the whole image makeover and stage stuff was all Louis' doing, and that Storm and him disagreed over stuff. Why didn't they just leave Storm as he was, give him a mic and just let him sing without all the rubbish?

Diva Fever weren't overly happy either, said they were not happy with the song choice all week and were not happy with the way they were being portrayed.

So it seems that on this show the contestants have no input whatsoever regarding song choice, production, image....

All artists need direction and guidance I suppose but I think it's imperative that they also feel comfortable with what they're singing, especially if they're competing. The 2 that seem to be getting it right are Cheryl and Dannii.

I loved Fame Academy Rawky - and you got the whole package - songwriting and image as well as the singing were theirs.
Not that either of the winners have had a very successful career out of it mind you - but It gave Lemar a great career.

I think they should do away with the mentoring part of the competition - all judges choose the acts for each category and then they are taught by the coaches - the judges should be just that - judges, but without having so much say in the rehearsals. Does that make sense?

One positive I have to say about this year is the production, it is amazing. When I think of X factor's gone by, it was just a mic and the singer, in the later years they introduced dancers and more interaction. This year it just seems to have moved to a whole new level. I think Brian Friedman and Grace Woodward teaming up are to thank for that.

Ohh read on twitter that it's def coming back in 2011 too

Just watching back the Belle Amie clip on You Tube, they were very good
I thought they were 100% better  in the sing off .... Just goes to show what a difference that makes when they are allowed to make thier own song choices .... Imo, they should all be given more freedom of choice,  & also, with  their clothes.

Can you imagine having to appear on prime time TV each week wearing something that someone else has chosen for you .... it's bloody ridiculous if you ask me .... I thought Belle Amie looked like they had just fallen out of Oxfam on saturday night
