Even the ones I liked originally sounded weird..........either my telly's on the blink, or the sound was seriously fecked up.

Matt, and Rebecca for me, but Rebecca's song didn't suit her.

treyc .... payje .... matt & aiden were best tonight ..... I think treyc was the strongest vocal of the evening ... not bad for a wild card

 I'm not sure if it was just the song, I thought  she sounded slightly out of tune but I have really liked her performances previously

Interesting that Tracyc said that Cher/Katie did not welcome her back,odd it was shown.

Cher was fantasic tonight...just as I said she'd be .


But Mary who works in Tescos was the best of the night.

Wagner must stay a little longer...I love that guy.

Storm and possibly that girl group are in trouble tomorrow.

Wagner is hilarious, good song choice for Paije tonight but I still don't like him.

I can't believe how poor most of the acts were tonight but am even more astounded by the judges comments.  I can only assume the sound in the studio is completely different to what we are hearing on tv.  If they watch it back they will realise that not only was Wagner karaoke but most of the other acts were too.  X Factor is now getting embarrassing

Yeah it is. We get the dubbed TV feed, which is why sometimes you will hear Simon say on a Sunday that when he watched the tapes back he realises some people were out of tune or the performance wasn't as good as he thought it was or vice versa.

I also thought some were out of tune and was disappointed in some of the song choices. For me Mary stole the show with her powerful performance

I wonder if we expect too much? ... Before the XF began last night, I thought there is quite a bit of talent between the finalists this year, but come all of thier performances, no one blew me away. Am I expecting too much? ... Could it have been down to first night nerves?

The person who srung to mind for me this morning when I woke up was Aiden & his rendition of Mad World

So did Katie and they bought her out of hers....why so desperate for an average, at best, singer to get on the show?

Storm won't be in trouble. Storm has huge support.

Wagner was a joke. So were Storm and Katie. I would be happy to lose any of those. Mary can sing but she does not have the Xfactor and should have applied for Britain's Got Talent instead.
 Nobody stood out and I can only hope it's going to get better.

Ok...My opinions for what its worth

Groups
 
FYD: I thought they were poor and did not gel well together at all, and they were imo out of tune a lot. 
Bell Amie: I like Bell Amie they have the potential to be great, and it takes a good couple of years together to properly gel.
One Direction: Probably there to get the Justin Bieber/HSM votes. Don't really rate them but they will probably still generate Simon and co a lot of money.
Diva Fever: I absolutley HATE these two pricks. Think they are nothing more than Camp entertainers and could follow the likes of Paul O Grady.

Ironic Simon left the 2 best bands and the 2 who gelled together best out; Husstle and The Reason.

Overs

Mary: Her vocals are excellent. however she is very confined to power-ballad style of songs, and nothing too energetic which is what a lot of X-factor viewers enjoy. 
Storm lee: I really like Storm Lee, I think Simon's treatment of him is absolutley awful, he is talented and I think he sounds a lot like Bono (from the auditions) Louis needs to give him something that is just the bare bones, he doesn't need all that over produced shite. 
Wagner: Stupid decision to bring him back when there were talented ones left out. A karaoke singer, and this years joke act.
John: Fairly good vocals, but he is not memorable at all and he will not win. Andy Abraham mark 2.

Girls

Cher: Stronger performance than she has produced yet, however still pretty safe as the notes were not too stretched and most of it was spoken. The rap bit was good, but she's not from London so why did she put on a London Accent when rapping?
Treyc: Absolutley stunning vocals and blew the rest of the girls out of the water. Showed Cheryl up to be an idiot for not choosing her top 3.
Katie: Does not have the likeability factor so starts with a disadvantage already. Average performance, nothing to write home about and her attire did not go well together with the song. A Queen song and a lady gaga outfit?
Rebecca: Great Vocals and good performance, however I fear she will have trouble doing a more upbeat number. Really like her.

Boys

Aiden: Very haunting performance, vocals were totally spot on. The performance really drew you in. Don't like this song but find it very morbid.
Paije: Great vocals, should have been in top 3 before Nicolo, seems very fun and has very good vocals.
Nicolo: Poor song choice but I don't rate Nicolo at all think he is too much of a diva. Also, I know that he is (Italian?) but his diction is very poor and this is all to evident. He thinks he is better than he is.
Matt: Bad song choice but he did his best,, good enough vocals. Matt I think is a bit of a one trick pony and I must be one of the only people in the country that doesnt really rate him. He also needs to get that image sorted asap.

I think whoever styled all of them should be shot. The only one who looked good was Treyc and Simon slated what she was wearing.

Simon doesn't have a clue, he wears t-shirts which emphasis his moobs, and uses a spirit level to help cut his hair for crying out loud.

I think after 20 years of trying to make it, Storm should take the hint.

Aiden clinched it for me. The rest were just poor follow ups.

I am not sure what I think of all of them this was the first show at the moment Matt is my favourite.. I dont like Cher I dont get her I dont like watching her or her singing 

I think it'll be between Wagner, John and Craig Bellamy to go tonight...
