I am so angry...

I am now calm.  My sensibilities took over and I realised that anything Biffa chose was always going to be at odds with my personal taste.  So really, everything's turned out as it should be.  The good ones have escaped her talentless grasp and 2 time filling 'turns' are bulking out this years competition.

Biffa's still pointless and I've still got my marbles.

Sorry for the sarcasm guys but Mary is a brilliant singer whether she's Irish or not she deserves her place.

I don't think Simon can be criticised...he was the only one that put through the best three acts in his category.

Well, I disagree on the brilliant bit, but I don't think she went through cos she was Irish.  She went through cos of the Subo effect.     She's only an average singer imo.

I agree wiv kaffy....that whole category with Mary in it was very poor....mary was one of the better ones in it buit shes not that great....and she mullered that Coldplay song!

The biggest mistake this year was changing the age limit, the overs was the poorest stand I have ever seen it. TreyC, Marlon, Matt Cardle could have all went through to the Overs and not the Boys/girls.

Storm is Scottish and other than Gamu and the Dutch woman (who purposely auditioned for the UK show cos it would give her more exposure) what other non-English citizens didn't get through?

Which would have meant ,more of the better singers grtting though,....i agree....I couldn't understand their reasoning for changing the age thing.

Cheryl has never put those through with just a good voice... she picks them based on their image, that was proven years ago when she sent Hannah Bradbeer packing in the judges homes stage. She knows Cher Lloyd will sail through to that final... that girl will rake in the votes, but it certainly won't be because of her singing voice.

It wouldnt surprise me if the judges are influenced by producers on who they send through, Danni always sends the best ones through... recently we hear stories about her being axed? Cheryl, Louis and Simon send those who can actually sing packing. Its about making money, looks like they don't want to make the same mistake that other talent shows have made in the past, sending the best through... they end up winning, then you don't hear from them ever again because they are not desperate enough to go out and be in the papers every day.

I've been away for the weekend and have just caught up! What a load of tripe How could Cheryl put Katie through? there were so many better! I liked Gamu but Keri (I think her name was) and Raquel were loads better than Katie! How can she put someone through who totally mucked up? !

The choice of Katie has got so many people's backs up that she will be voted out pretty early on.
And Cher - she scared me at the judges house bit - there is most definitely something not quite right about her.

Apparently that twist is a wild card. Each judge has a wild card and can bring back one act from the rejects .... so I'm rather hoping to see Gamu this weekend

Today, the sun featured a story of how Cher was 'supposedly' a massive bully, from an ex classmate.  Not sure if it's true or not, but I must say that I highly disapprove of people selling stories on people they knew 'X amount' of years back, just to make 5 grand. 

i think they're pondscum, and no matter how good bad or indifferent the person was; selling your soul to a shitty rag to slag someone off who is becoming successful, just makes the person selling the story, lowlife pondscum.
