I have wondered if they can actually hear themselves onstage. Are they drowned out by the music and boking vacals and therefore can`t pitch properly?

When he did Hit Me Baby he had in-ear foldback and got it spot on... not seen it since and I think it might be quite hard for them to hear themselves... even if the have foldback 'wedges' under the floor in front of them it is still hard to hear over the audience

Thank goodness it was my lappy that just crashed and not my TV!  I would have been devastated to have missed Wagner - he was magnificent!
