Cowell's loving the publicity.

Gamu. Cheryl's illness. Wagner. Danni & Louis v Cheryl & Simon.

Saving an act who is obviously unliked by the public, so obviously generating more public votes for other acts so she stays at the bottom two.

And don't forget acts from yesteryear shows like Jedward, Chico, etc.

And he will release the charity single soon, so Saint Cowell saves the day again. By the way Im all for all charities but I don't need to buy a bad cover of a song to contribute.

Cowell loves it and joe public bow down to him.

I was away at the weekend only getting to see x-factor..I am absolutley fuming at a number of things.

First of all Treyc was my favourite, I now want Aiden or Wagner to win, Aiden because  I like him and it would mean Danni would win and Wagner so it would be a big eff you to Simon Cowell.

I have never in the history of x-factor seen any judge treated with the kid gloves ms cole is, she knows she's going to have to vote, or was it just another total fix to get treyc out with the majority vote as katie would go out in deadlock?

1. Louis hates Katie and Loved Treyc until about 2 weeks ago..so how is he voting with Katie with his heart?

2. Simon is a complete kn*b-jockey...'i'm going to vote for the person people want to see performing most next week' people obviously don't want to see katie next week if shes always in the bottom 2

3. Katies basically begged to stay in the competition.

The whole think stinks now more than it ever has, Cole and Cowell are two cnuts of the highest order...can't even hate on Louis that much as he was really voting to protect his own interests as he was landed with another sh!t category for another year on the trot.

Miss Minogue, I applaud you you are wayy to good for that charade of shite.

I know she does, but surely Cowell's now too long in the tooth to know that not all publicity is good? A lot have began to turn their backs on him and his shows.

A reply from channel television re judges vote

Was just on the Facebook X Factor group and a guy who had emailed channel television ( the producers of x factor), has posted the reply he got

'My e-mail asked for clarity on the judge situation, I did ask for the judge's rules (if they exist), this was the copy of what was sent back:
Thank you for your e-mail about The X Factor, which has been passed to us for a response as we at Channel look after this series for ITV. It is made by an independent production company, Talkback Thames Television.

I am sorry that you were disappointed by the Judges’ Choice section of the Results show. As you know, Cheryl abstained from voting.

The judges are required to vote when asked to do so, or to forfeit their right to a vote on the outcome of the Judges’ Choice. Dermot did make it clear that the decision would therefore be based on the majority vote of the other three judges. As Cheryl had refused to vote, there was no possibility of going to ‘Deadlock’ which is the mechanic used to decide who stays in the competition when the Judges’ votes are tied.

Deadlock requires an active vote, and Cheryl had deemed her vote invalid by refusing to make a choice when asked to do so. Unfortunately the show is fully live and the pressures of time meant that there was not enough time remaining to explain this fully to our viewers.

Judges have refused to choose between their acts in the past, most noticeably Sharon Osbourne did so on several occasions, hence the introduction of the rule regarding their vote being forfeit. It is not possible for a judge to ask for their vote to be deferred until after the other judges have made their choice.

At this stage of the competition it is acknowledged that the Judges make the decision as to who goes and who stays. Later in the series, viewers’ votes alone will decide who leaves the competition each week. TreyC and Katie received the lowest number of votes from our viewers and thus were in the bottom two and subject to the Judges’ Choice vote.

I hope this addresses your concerns but if you would like to take the matter further you may wish to contact our regulators, Ofcom, either via their website www.ofcom.org.uk or by telephone to 020 7981 3000.

With best wishes,

Simon Cowell pulls all the stings, if the public just revolt and vote Wagner it will make a joke f the competition and a joke of Cowell.
I agree, to some extent.  .... I am well aware Cowell rules the whole shebang ..... but some of us just enjoy the show for what it is ..... but it is very off putting when you come to realise that the whole thing is being manipulated by the powers that be .... takes all the fun out of it.

Having said all that, I still want someone worthy to win
