We still have no idea what tomorrow night’s X Factor theme will be, but we can tell you that next week’s theme will be pre-party tunes.

The acts will each be singing a song that will put you in the mood for a great night out, so if you’re going out next week, make sure you tune into X Factor first.

We’d love to hear your suggestions for song choices below, just leave your comment in the box.

Alexandra Burke wants a boyfriend.

London, UK 10/09/2009 06:34 PM GMT (TransWorldNews)

The Β‘Bad BoysΒ’ singer Β– who shot to fame after winning UK TV talent show Β‘The X FactorΒ’ Β– has been single for a year and admits all her previous romances have been a disaster.

She told Britain’s The Sun newspaper: Β“I was 16 when I had my first relationship. It lasted about two years. Then I dated another guy for six months last year but he was a bit of a nutcase.

Β“I let him go just before Β‘X FactorΒ’ went live. He was very insecure and I have no time for that. There’s been no one since.

Β“I am looking for a boyfriend though. I have never been in love but I want to feel that. I’m ready for it.Β”

Despite her single status, the 21-year-old star has been on dates with Β‘Gavin and StaceyΒ’ actor James Corden Β– who sent her a Β£4,000 watch after she won Β‘The X FactorΒ’ Β– but insists they will never be more than friends.

She said: Β“We’ve stayed in touch ever since he sent me the watch and we even went to see Β‘Thriller LiveΒ’ together a couple of weeks ago.

Β“He’s still trying it on. But sorry James, it’s never going to be more than friends.Β”

Alexandra has also been romantically linked to rapper Chipmunk and JLS star Aston Merrygold after they were seen dancing together at the MOBO awards last month but she claims she isn’t interested in either of them.

She added: Β“Chipmunk is a bit young for me. But he is a very cute guy and we have loads of mutual friends. Aston is like my brother. Don’t get me wrong, he is a great-looking dude. But nothing is going to happen.Β”

X Factor secrets: What really goes on inside the X Factor house

X Factor House [Pic: Getty)

X Factor favourite Lucie Jones has lifted the lid on what really goes on inside the X Factor house.

Lucie has told how the other finalists playfully watch and laugh as shy Jamie Archer attempts to chat up his crush – Kandy Rain’s Coco Lloyd saying: β€œJamie so fancies Coco. He’s so coy and sweet – he doesn’t know what to say to her. It’s so funny.”

And although she insists there’s nothing between her and fellow Welsh singer Lloyd Daniels, Lucie has let slip that there is a strong bond forming between Joe McElderry and Rachel Adedeji.

She said: β€œRachel is hilarious, but when she’s with Joe they are really funny together and make everyone laugh.”

Mum-of-one Stacey Soloman keeps everyone in the house in good spirits with her β€œinfectious” giggling according to Lucie.

β€œStacey is hilarious, an absolute genius. I actually can’t get enough of her – her giggling is infectious.

β€œShe comes across so well on the camera, because she’s so genuine and adorable.”

Welsh Lucie also revealed that she and the other finalists live a life of luxury in their millionaire mansion in West Hampstead, north London.

The pad has a gym, giant plasma TV, state-of-the-art sound system, and televisions in the bathroom.

β€œIt’s absolutely gorgeous, so modern and chic”, said Lucie.

β€œThere’s a huge kitchen, a gym and I’ve got a TV in the bathroom!”

I think there should be a thread for x-factor gossip and one for discussion, this thread gets taken up by reports and very little people discuss the show on it..sort of puts me off posting...No disrespect to Hickey etc you are doing a great job! But does anyone get what i mean?
I know what you mean, but thought it might give food for thought seeing that the X-Factor is only on for a couple of hours at the weekend, so I didn't think anyone would post during the week anyway.

But if you would prefer that I don't post any news it's no problem.
Whatever you prefer.

X Factor: Robbie Williams predicts that Stacey Solomon will win

Robbie meets Stacey

Robbie meets Stacey

Robbie Williams has caused quite a stir in the X Factor house after he branded Stacey Solomon as β€œthe one to beat.”

Robbie held mentoring sessions with all the X Factor acts this week, check out the pictures here. But it seems that he has a special place in his heart for single mum, Stacey.

He gushed: β€œStacey’s great. I want one! β€œI think every home should have one.”

Stacey must be good then, I like her myself anyway.

Nice bit by the betting bloke in the Mirror!

The worst favourite in betting history is X Factor front-runner Danyl.

It's difficult to know what the "X" factor is - if we knew what it was it wouldn't be called X - but whatever it is, Danyl ain't got it.

What he has got is a hugely annoying mug.

Danyl is 66-1 to be first act eliminated and I've seen a lot worse bets than that - for example Danyl at 4-1 to win the series.

We saw from the early elimination last year of hotly fancied Laura that X Factor has a capacity to shock - Dannii Minogue looks permanently surprised - and the big surprise to me is a Danyl elimination would be considered surprising.

Former strippers Kandy Rain are the 7-4 favourites to be put out first and considerably shorter to put out first.

I now have good news and bad news for X Factor fans.

The bad news is two headed monster John & Edward, who should really be odds-on favourites to go tonight, will probably be saved by a bigger Irish vote than the Lisbon Treaty got.

The good news is Rachel can still be backed at 16-1 to win the series. Only the victories in the last two series of similarly young, similarly female Leona and Alexandra has stopped me having the biggest bet of my life on Rachel.

Well, that and a lack of funds.
