Ricky and Stacey irritate the bejasus out of me, Rickey with his eyebrows and Stacey with her Chantelle-esque type of behaviour.

Lucie or Jamie to win, Miss Fitz to do quite well, I think they have a great rapport for girls that are not long together. I think the beefier girl in the group adds a great dimension, and I personally though she should have got through as a solo singer- she is much better than some of them that are there. Teacher boy is irritating as hell as well.

'Cheryl Cole and Louis can't win The X Factor' says Dannii

X Factor judge Dannii Minogue has said that Louis Walsh and Cheryl Cole don't have a chance of mentoring the winner of this year's contest. The Aussie singer used the social networking site Twitter to declare that the crown will be won by either her girls or Simon Cowell's over 25s.

Dannii tweeted that she does not believe that Cheryl's boys and Louis' groups stand a "hope in hell" of winning the contest.

She wrote "Cowell vs Minogue!" and her boast has already received backing from bookmakers who have announced that the pair of judges are the most likely to mentor this year's champion.

An X Factor source told The Sun: "There's a lot of teasing going on among them but Dannii and Simon know they are in pole position to end up on top.

"Louis is gutted to get the groups again and he knows he hasn't got a hope in hell of doing well this year.

"He's even had to resort to putting through dreadful twins John and Edward Grimes in an attempt to get some attention back from the others.

"Cheryl's busy working on the launch of her solo single and doesn't feel as close to her acts this year."

Louis Walsh: 'I won't win X Factor'

Louis Walsh: 'I won't win X Factor'

Louis Walsh has admitted that he is not expecting any of his acts to win The X Factor this year.

The Irish judge claimed that his groups Kandy Rain, Miss Frank and John & Edward do not have a chance of triumphing in the ITV1 talent contest.

Speaking at the Pride of Britain Awards last night, Walsh commented: "I'll get into the final, but I won't win."

Discussing Simon Cowell's Over-25s category, he continued: "He always gets the best ones. They've all been round the block a fair bit. They've all got more experience than mine."

Cowell, who joined Walsh at the ceremony, criticised his co-star for not being more supportive of the bands.

He is quoted by MSN as saying: "They're not exactly going to have bags of confidence after this, are they?

"It's not a question of being spoiled for choice, it's how you prepare your contestants on the day. And I prepare my contestants better than the others."

The first X Factor live show airs on Saturday at 8pm on ITV1.
-----------------------
I can't believe that Louis is saying things like this even before the show has started.
The groups may as well go home now, what point is there in staying any longer wwhen Louis has given up on them this early.
I'm Flabbergasterated.

Dannii Minogue knows who's going to win The X Factor...

Dannii

Dannii Minogue hasn't stopped grinning since she found out which X Factor group she would be mentoring, and she's adamant that the competition will be between her and Simon this year. As soon as the final 12 contestants had been announced, Dannii wrote triumphantly on her Twitter page, "Cowell vs Minogue!" According to the bookies, and indeed all of you who voted yesterday, all the favourites are either from Dannii or Simon's groups, and insiders are saying that Cheryl and Louis both realise they don't stand a chance this year. "Louis knows he hasn't got a hope in hell of doing well this year," blabs one snitch. "Cheryl's busy and doesn't feel as close to her acts this year." In fact, Cheryl herself has already admitted she doesn't want to get as emotionally involved as she did last year – but will this mean her boys don't get the support they need? We're literally wishing the days away this week so we can see all the acts in action. Who do you think will be the first to get the boot?

Croc 5500 Forum PostsYesterday at 12:22 (Edited: ) From Jim Shelley in the Mirror Finally, Danyl. Although his first song, I'll Get By With A Little Help From My Friends, was astonishing, since then his bug-eyed, chest-thumping, crotch-grabbing antics have bordered on the hysterical. His vocal/facial tics suggest mental problems, although a lack of ego isn't one of them. More fame and attention is the last thing he needs. Dressing like a pool boy in Neighbours, he has all the glamour of a holiday rep who thinks he is God's gift to women and men. "He's Marmite," Cowell concluded, meaning viewers will either love him or hate him. Even the way he spells his name is annoying. The idea of living in a world where Danyl is even moderately famous doesn't bear thinking about. So vote ABD - Anyone But Danyl. I'm relying on you.

I've just seen this... well worth stretching the forum again for!

Not a fan of Daneyeeel either. I'm sure he'll be very good on the live show but I just don't warm to either him or Hair Bear guy with his sill hanky in his back pocket. Is that some kind of gay code?

I quite like the three mismatched girls of Louis, the ones who say they love each other after about five mins but you just know will want to kill each other soon and that girl with the funny hair in Dannii's set.

Austin Drage: 'Cheryl got it wrong'

Austin Drage: 'Cheryl got it wrong'

Former X Factor star Austin Drage has claimed that Cheryl Cole made a mistake when picking her finalists this year.

The Girls Aloud singer recently chose Lloyd Daniels, Joseph McElderry and Rikki Loney to represent her in the live shows.

However, in an interview with Live From Studio Five, last year's competitor Drage suggested that Cole should not have turned away Duane Lamonte at the judges' houses stage.

He commented: "I think Cheryl got it wrong, didn't she? I was a Duane fan."

Drage continued: "I thought what Duane did was really current. He did Ne-Yo, he had that whole soul thing going on. It really killed him, didn't it?

"I know Duane and Rikki quite well personally, and Duane's got such a great vocal. Rikki's got a good voice as well and they both want it badly, but it's really hurt Duane."

The 23-year-old singer also criticised Cole for walking away from hopeful Daniel Fox because she could not decide whether to put him through.

He said: "I think they had plenty of time to decide yes or no. If you don't know after a day, you're not going to know after that next five minutes."

Last updated at 13:54pm on 06.10.09

Dannii Minogue has sent a pretty clear message to her new boyfriend Kris Smith: she is NOT having a baby.

She told us last night: “He would love a baby, he asks me on like a daily basis. I'm not so keen. I say to him, If you can have the baby then let's go for it'. But I'm not sure I want that happening to my body.”

Alexandra: 'I can't wait to sing on X Factor'

Alexandra: 'I can't wait to sing on X Factor'

Alexandra has revealed that she can’t wait to perform on X Factor and is getting withdrawal symptoms from not performing.

She will appear on this weekend's live show to sing new single Bad Boys.

Alexandra said: "I look forward to going back and performing on the X Factor - I really just want to get on to the stage - I'm dying to get on stage, I need a microphone in my hand."

She added: "I'm literally itching and having withdrawal symptoms. I'm looking forward to being back at the Fountain Studios.

"It's going to get emotional for me I can feel it because that's where it all started and that's where it - not ended - but when I was last there was when I won, so it's going to be scarier going back, I think."

The winner of 2008’s show has some tips for this year’s hopefuls.

She said: "My advice to this year's contestants is to always be yourself. In my first two live shows I was being too professional, that was my downfall. It was only when Candy Man came along that was when I got to grips with things and thought to be myself as this is who I am.

"You give a false perseption of yourself if you're trying to be professional and trying to sugarcoat stuff because you're on TV. You're only human, if you make mistakes you make mistakes, it's going to happen.

"Just be yourself and enjoy, live, be grateful for this opportunity because you don't want to take it for granted. It's like the best moments of your life so enjoy it."

Judges to 'release X Factor fragrances'

The X Factor's judges have agreed to release their own fragrances, according to a report.

Simon Cowell, Louis Walsh, Dannii Minogue and Cheryl Cole will bring out their individual scents in time for the Christmas market, The Sun claims.

It is believed that the stars will meet with experts this week to discuss how their products should smell.

A source said: "Simon says his will be the top-seller - he's already winding the other three up."

Each judge will reportedly receive a ÂĢ250,000 advance under the new deal, as well as a slice of the profits. The fragrances are expected to be released under the X Factor brand.

The ITV1 talent show continues on Saturday at 8pm.

Kelly Brook to bare all on stage

Kelly Brook
Kelly Brook will play Celia - Miss September

Kelly Brook and Julie Goodyear, who played Bet Lynch in Coronation Street, are to bare all in the West End play Calendar Girls.

Former newsreader Jan Leeming and Rob James Collier, who played Liam on Coronation Street, will also join the cast change.

The show is inspired by Women's Institute members who took their clothes off for a charity calender.

EastEnders' June Brown and Jerry Hall are currently starring in the hit show.

Helen Lederer and Arabella Weir will also join the new line-up which take over on 3 November. They will be on stage at London's Noel Coward Theatre for 10 weeks.

West End debut

Goodyear left Coronation Street in 1995 before returning for guest appearances. She will be making her West End debut playing Cora.

Julie Goodyear
Julie Goodyear will take the role of Cora - Miss July.

Brook will take the role of Celia. It will not be the first time she has undressed on stage, she played a lap dancer in a play called Eye Contact.

Last year she stripped down to a bikini when she made her West End debut in hit play Fat Pig.

The idea for the calendar came about when the husband of Angela Baker from the Rylstone Women's Institute in North Yorkshire was diagnosed with non-Hodgkins lymphoma.

The original calendar sold 800,000 copies worldwide. The story inspired the 2003 film on which Tim Firth's stage play is based.

Well Diana is doing very well and she came 4th. She was on 'This Morning' this morning, and is the Star of the west end Musical 'Little Voice', and has an Album out soon as well. So, it shows you don't have to win to have your life changed for ever.
Diana who? Just as bad as the BB contestants - they disappear after they appear on the show.

And JLS are vocally poor. Them getting to no.1 just shows how bad the music is these days. All you have to do is look good and produce a slow-mo video and you'll be guaranteed no.1. They dont know how to play an instrument nor do they write their own songs and im guessing their voice is enhanced as well in the studio.

Leona Lewis is the only top act this show has produced.

That being said Lucie will win this year easily. Firstly, she has the looks and the voice and secondly she is a female and females have been winning reality shows more often lately.

Vickers: 'I'm really glad I didn't win'

Vickers: 'I'm really glad I didn't win'

ITV / Rex Features

Diana Vickers has said that she is happy that she did not win last year's X Factor.

The singer was the ninth act to be voted off the show in 2008 after her performances of Avril Lavigne's 'Girlfriend' and Dido's 'White Flag'.

Vickers told the Burnley Citizen: "I'm really glad I didn't win. It's great to not have been manufactured into something I'm not, or forced into getting an album out quickly to get back on TV.

"I feel like I've got so much freedom and that I'm really getting my teeth into life. It's great."

Of the current series, she added: "It's very surreal for me to watch. I thought I wouldn't have been able to even switch it on without feeling sick but, surprisingly I can sit down and watch it and have a laugh watching it.

"I know what's going through the contestants' minds and it's such a rare experience to be on The X Factor that, although I don't know this year's contestants, I feel like I've got a connection with them."

Last year's winner Alexandra Burke has rejected claims that Simon Cowell may exercise too much control over her musical direction.

Does ANYONE - apart from Louis - actually LIKE the twins?
I didn't think they could sing for a start, think Louis put them in because all his others were girls, he had to add some fellers or it would have looked strange.
But wouldn't be surprised if they are first out.

X Factor’s Coco Lloyd from girl band Kandy Rain "kidnapped" as a child

X-Factor 2009: Kandy Rain [Pic:ITV)

The X Factor’s Coco Lloyd from girl band Kandy Rain was reportedly kidnapped by her father as a child.

Coco, who will perform in this weekend’s live X Factor shows, had an eventful childhood as the daughter of a wannabe pop star and a millionaire property developer.

Although she lived with her mother, Paola Lombari, in Hertfordshire, Coco – born Victoria Velous – would often get whisked to southern Italy to live a life of luxury.

However, when Paola reportedly fell in love with a record label boss, her furious father, Nicholas, is said to have taken three-year-old Coco and disappeared.

This week, Paola revealed: “I left her at a beach house he owned in Greece. But when I went to pick her up, they had disappeared.

“I had to get detectives. We found them in a hotel in Canada and my daughter came running straight to me.”

Returning to the UK, Coco was sent to boarding school. Meanwhile, mum Paola had an affair with Michael Winner after working as his PA for twelve years.

She left the famous director when she fell ill with cancer and was forced to have her breasts and ovaries removed.

Coco started studying for a law degree at university, but decided to drop out to seek fame.

To fund her attempt at stardom, she turned to lapdancing and soon met future Kandy Rain bandmates Chemmane Applewhaite, Azi Jegbefume and Khatereh Dovani.

Can you recognise Leona here.
My hasn't she changed.

The one-time X Factor wannabe has released her sharpest look yet for her new album Echo, out on the 17th November.

The 24-year-old songstress has sleeked back her curls and adopted a pout to rival Scarlett Johansson for the follow up to her debut album, Spirit.

My, how she's changed...
