Cheryl Cole, Ashley Cole Marriage On The Rocks? Fails To Sport Sparkler
by Staff

Cheryl Cole has sparked speculation her marriage is on the rocks after failing to wear her wedding ring two nights running.

The Girls Aloud beauty – who is married to soccer player Ashley Cole – appeared on UK TV talent show 'The X Factor' over the weekend with her wedding finger noticeably bare.

Friends now say the pair's three-year marriage is in tatters and it is only a matter of time before they announce their split.

One said: "The truth is, the marriage is over, even if neither of them wants to confront it. They still have the occasional moment of fun but they both know, particularly Cheryl, that this isn't going to be forever."

Last year, Cheryl was left devastated by claims her husband had cheated on her with hairdresser Aimee Walton and while she decided to forgive him, pals say the marriage never recovered.

Dannii lover: 'Result was disgraceful'

Dannii Minogue's boyfriend Kris Smith has blasted Simon Cowell for voting against Lucie Jones on The X Factor.

Welsh singer Jones, who was mentored by Minogue, became the fifth act to be eliminated in last night's controversial results episode. She was announced as the contestant with the fewest votes after Cowell chose to save her sing-off rivals John & Edward, bringing the judges' verdict to deadlock.

Model and former rugby player Smith has now spoken out in support of his lover's ex-protÃĐgÃĐ on Twitter, The Sun reports.

He commented: "Gutted for poor Lucie, what a disgraceful decision. Can't believe she went out, thought I was watching a SINGING TALENT show, obviously wrong."

Meanwhile, Minogue has used her own Twitter page to drum up support for her last remaining act Stacey Solomon.

She said: "Support Stacey - it's the only way forward!"

Oh poor ''nation's sweetheart'' Chavryl
I think she's better without him. It really is sad when a marriage breaks up
I agree Grannyg.
If things aren't right, and they don't seem to be, get out now and start again.

I have to laugh when I read some people blaming the Irish for John and Edward staying in when they can't even vote. Northern Ireland can vote but In fact it's votes from here the UK that are keeping them in, so when people say who is voting for them there you go...

Whoever wins will be lining up Simon's pockets and doing the next cover version of a track, nothing new. I have heard rumours next show is Queen week.

Hi LL, I thought Danyl murdered Purple Rain. Whilst he has a good voice, I can't bear to watch him sing and haven't engaged with him at all.I think Olly will win
I think that comes with the territory. I suspect that anyone who has a respect for a particular artist will cringe when hearing a version of their song on this prog. In the unlikely event of someone doing one of mine I would feel the same. Perhaps Olly might like a crack at "Plastic Factory" just to prove my point.

Oh indeed.  I don't think Simon gives a hoot how much criticism he is getting or the show, as long as people continue to watch it and he continues to rake in the money.

I've been recording XFactor this last few weeks solely to fastforward through Danyls performances.  The fake new humble version is getting on my globes.

I am liking the twins and really felt for them on the xtra factor.  They are getting dogs abuse but still just going at it   It's not their fault that Lucy was in the bottom two.  Was sad to see her go though, she was a great singer if a little dull

The guy can't win whatever he does, he gets labelled arrogant, smug etc then he tries a new approach after all this criticism, some will never change their mind whatever he does if people don't like him fair enough. But it seems the criticism has gone down a bit for now...

Only really care about him, John and Edward and Jamie Archer out of who's left. Olly is alright also.

Thats why I have always said - dont vote and make that guy rich - he keeps credible artists off the Xmas No1 slot  and laugh ALL the way to the bank. To use his words  - "having said that" pmsl - its your money waste when you could save it and spend it wisely.Call a mate see if they are going out phone your Mum  - but Xfactor ??   naaaahhhhhhh

Haven't liked him from his first audition and he just got worse.  Doesn't matter which version of him is on display.....I don't like any of them   The falseness is just making him even more unbearable. If you are goin to be something then just be it.....don't try to act different just because you haven't won some people over.  Jedward have always been the same and aren't changing because people hate them and that's the reson why I've began to like them, they take it on the chin and just do what they do, er, best lol.

Olly is my favourite with Danyl second. I said earlier, he doesn't deserve the stick he is getting but as Simon says - it could be "mind games". I don't think he is going to win, but I reckon he will be in the final
Olly is my 4th favourite, he's a nice guy and is very consistent. I did like Danyl's new haircut and look, really suited him. I really do hope Danyl makes the final but I think it will be Olly, Joe and Stacey that make it but who knows as the public voting has been up and down.

I was subjected to some of this tripe on Saturday night in work. What a bloody awful load of sub-karaoke yowling.
I thought Simon was outraged by those twin freaks' popularity, but obviously not if it brings in the ratings, eh?
Proof that the show has nothing to do with singing and everything to do with lining Cowell's pockets and boosting his meeja profile. As if we didn't already know that..

I can't believe Simon has completely destroyed the artistic integrity of the show. He committed culture vandalism and undermined the great tradition of Saturday night entertainment. It's a travesty. No, a tragedy even. I had to take a day off work today to pull myself together
Indeed! I was so annoyed that I put my foot through the TV screen and then threw it into the front garden.

X Factor Week 6: Queen Week?

X Factor Logo

This rumour is by no means confirmed, but Expose on Irish TV channel TV3 have suggested that this week’s X factor theme is Queen Week.

It would seem a strange theme, given that the celebrity guest this Sunday will be Shakira, surely a latin theme would be more appropriate? However the sources suggest that John and Edward Grimes will be singing Radio Gaga and that does seem like the big production number which Louis would assign to them.

The source said: “John and Edward have already shown they can rock to Queen, it’s time for the other contestants to show what they can do.”
If it is true and again we make no promises, what Queen songs

TV regular Ofcom is considering whether to launch a full investigation into the X Factor after allegations the show is ‘fixed’ following Sunday’s shock result. Last night Simon controversially took the vote to deadlock which resulted in Lucie Jones being sent home ahead of twins John and Edward Grimes.

Ofcom confirmed today it had received “more than 50â€ģ complaints since the show aired, less than 24 hours ago. Exact figures and the details of complaints will be released Wednesday.

A spokesman said: “There are a number of complaints which we are looking into.

“The number of complaints and the issues raised will be taken into consideration before we decide whether there needs to be a full investigation.”

Last night’s audience peaked at 16.6 million viewers, the highest peak in the shows history.

, ain't they got nothing else to do?.
