If tonight's match is a draw and the discplnary record becomes the deciding factor as to whether England top the group with Belgium second or vice versa, at this time, the cards to date are no reds, England have two yellows and Belgium three. The disciplinary points are 1 for a yellow, 3 for two yellows leading to a red, 4 for a straight red, and 5 for a player who is shown a yellow then later a red.
