Maybe that might enlighten you.

nope he is the most boring pain in the butt to have ever frequented BB while I have been watching the programme, I thought Pete and Brian were the worst ever winners but this plonker lol.

As long as knobjocky Charlie is there Freddie will never be the biggest pain in the butt.

erm sorry VS but he is the biggest boring pain in the butt in my book, I and I would imagine you and ermmmmmmmmmm many more would be bored out of their skulls after five mins in his company mmmmmmmmmmmmm yar ok yar mmmmmmmmmmmmmm

I just like the bloke and his positive attitude throughout any situation.

He stands up for what he believes in and sticks by his friends, that means alot to me, plus he's entertained me, and thatswhat it's all about.

The ermmmm's and hmmmmm's are nothing worth disliking the guy for.

not once in the one hour edits that I have watched has that bore been entertaining, I also noticed the nice guy was very happy to ostracize Noireen even tho he had gone through this himself ...well acccording to many he was ostracized and he never was, oh and by the way I was not/never a Noireen fan but you know halfwit lovely halfwit warm gentle halfwit was happy to ostracize her.

Freddie never ostracized her, he and all the HM's weren't very happy with her behaviour but they still spoke to her.

must have been watching different edits.

Well each to his own BB wavey Hug I think he's lovely and by far the nicest in that house.

Hello Squiggle. Hug Be thankful that I don't support Freddie as in the past most of the HMs that I have supported haven't won. Laugh

Erm, but did Freddie not find it really funny and cheer Bea on to do nasty things and isolate Isaac and Noirin? Oh I guess that Noirin and Isaac deserved it, even though they never did anything directly to Freddie or Bea.

No he didn't actualy "cheer on Bea to do nasty things". He did say that Noirin had ostracised herself a little. Bea does not need egging on to do nasty things she is quite capable of thinking them up all by herself.

I promise you he did, I watched it, even had my glasses on. The flirting with Isaac thing happened the night that Marcus went to speak to Siavash in the sitting room, they came out to join Bea and Freddie at the bus stop, Bea said that she was going to flirt with Isaac to piss Noirin off, Freddie was laughing and said 'oooooooo yeah that would be funny, yeah do that', Marcus advised her not to, because it could backfire on her and make her look bad. The earrings he egged her on a number of times. When Isaac took the earrings to Siavash to give them back, Siavash said he didn't want them, he gave them as a gift. Freddie piped up 'I'll have them'. That is what has put me off Freddie, I quite liked him before he started encouraging Bea in her crusade.
S
Well shar you come to your conclusions about Freddie and I will come to mine. I have seen a man under great pressure when just about everyone was backstabbing him. I have never witnessed him doing a nasty thing to another HM. I have, on the other hand, seen him show great loyalty to HM's when THEY are under attack by others and be supportive to others when they feel upset. Bea was certainly up to many nasty tricks and she does try to draw him in. If you say that he was egging her on then you and I will have to agree to disagree. I don't think your remark about people like Freddie having breakdowns was very constructive. He has shown himself very strong when many people would have crumbled, I think I would have done under so much pressure, what about you?

I've replied to your posts with justified answers, if you dont agree with them thats your problem.

You must be the only person on the forum who believes you have given "justified answers".

In response to me saying that Freddie is 90% wrong about the things on which he chooses to pontificate in depth, you respond that people cannot be expected to make error-free comments, which has absolutely nothing to do with my point which was about the magnitude of his errors.

And when I highlight ONE example of his idiocy, his interactions with Bea, and I made it very clear it was only one, you then reinterpret that as though I was claiming that was the only area in which he spouted erroneously.

As I said in my post above, you either can't understand posts or you chose to reinterpret some point made into some other point you wish had been made which you can then challenge.

You lack the basic skills to engage in any sort of debate, there is no point in arguing against a point which has not been made. These are the tactics of the intellectually-challenged or the wilfully dishonest or the simply confused.

Yes will agree to disagree, I have no problem with that. I agree with your comments regarding Freddie being loyal and also how he handled the situation he was in at the beginning of the show.

The comment I made, was not about people like Freddie, it was about highly intellegent (borderline genius), which I don't think Freddie is. No I am not an expert, and would never claim to be. I watched a facinating programme, on this topic, a while back on one of the discovery channels. I am sorry, maybe I should have explained what I meant on that thread. But 'constructive', this is a forum and if you could only make constructive remarks there wouldn't be many posts.

I am upfront and clear in my comments and I believe I do not try and misrepresent posts made by others, so I get very agitated with people that try various underhand tricks in a debate, such as misrepresenting an opposing position, to bolster their argument.

Videostar almost always tries to avoid the points made to him as his posts in this thread show. He might be misrepresenting what other people say because he isn't very bright, but I suspect he mostly does it deliberately in an attempt to obfuscate and confuse, which is objectionable.

Some of those scores look very low.

We all know Lisa is thick, but 55? That is almost remedial, and Sree, while also stupid, he did make it to a university and 74 is in the terminally stupid zone and I can't believe his poor English was entirely to blame as I have no doubt they would have tried to do some culture-free test. I am also amazed Noirin is so low.

I wonder what Bea's score is? I bet it is bloody high.

Holy crap, this is getting worse. It wasn't about suicide, it was about how they have mental breakdowns and some end up living on the streets or as total recluses. If it was about suicide I would never ever have posted the comment. OMG I understand why you were so offended if you thought thats what I meant. I am so so sorry. Yeah I can definately understand you being upset thinking I meant that. But honestly I really wouldn't. It didn't cross my mind, I really couldn't understand why you found the comment offensive, I was thinking of all the nasty things I had seen posted why was my comment so offensive. When you said you thought I meant suicide I am absolutely mortified. I really am sorry, have been affected by a family friends suicide myself and would never purposely post anything relating to it.

Hope you will forgive me Shar and say we're still friends Valentine

Sorry Shar, I have obviously got the wrong end of the stick, but at least you can see why I found it upsetting, my fault, not yours Hug

you shouldnt judge me like that i wouldnt do it to anyone on this forum even if i disagreed with them, it gets to the point of you having to insult people to win your arguement its not nice, infact i find it quite upsetting.
im sorry if this again comes across as me having no social skills but im not perfect in any way.

I don't believe I ever said you don't have any social skills.

I may have said you may not have analysed or understood the issues in a social situation or interaction,to the level I would have liked or something similar.

I usually only get critical when people make very solid assertions that I believe are contradicted by the evidence, or in Videostar's case when he misrepresents the posts of others or attempts to use other flawed posting tricks.

Errrm......... sorry anyway.

*makes a note not to be rude to Justafriend in future*

I like you, you make me laugh, but lets get down to basics Flossie. You`re up your own arse. Laugh
