Brace yourself, the House is about to experience it's biggest shake up yet.

Big Brother called our remaining nine housemates to the living room to fill them in on why exactly there is a big white building in the garden.

The White Room task is a four day challenge designed to divide the House and hand one housemate a free pass to the final.

The four housemates with the least nomination votes to date – Conor, Luke S, Scott and Sara - had one minute to pick three of them to enter The white Room to play for a 'money can't buy prize'. Scott dropped out straight away saying, "I really don't like tasks. I don't mind at all not doing it."

Sara hopes the prize is a party. She clearly wasn't listening to the money can't buy part.

Once inside The White Room, they will be told what the prize is.

Big Brother has given Sara, Conor and Luke S white suits to wear.

Both Conor and Luke S are determined to win.

Will Sara manage to get one over on this competitive pair?

I wonder about the people that make this show and why they insist on making it so unappealing. Luke S –just about the dullest, most one-dimensional housemate imaginable has been involved in almost every task. Surely Friday night was a clear enough signal?

yep thats so true he is dull, they got round them getting into the white room by picking who had the least votes this round of nominations.  its a joke.

I'm happy enough with that as although one of them will be immune at the end of it, isn't there talk that one will be evicted too?

Adam can get to the final on his own merits now that it's all down to the public vote and no more noms, so he doesn't need immunity imo and this way, nor is there a risk of his early eviction. Scott made the right decision staying out of it too, imo.

yep i see your point supes, its just the way bb were so vague about the task, like i say make it up as they go along.and yep i want adam in the final. i think one can be evicted but maybe with 25k thats been talked about.

pretty much my way of thinking.. I'm happy enough.    I'll be happier still if Conor fails the white room and gets kicked out before the final.

Kaffs

It's enough to put me off my dinner him in a leotard..

Guess who put himself forward for the first task in The White Room! That’s right, arguably our most competitive housemate, Luke S.

Conor read out the rules which stated that there would be three challenges today, one for each White Room resident. The first, Space Race, would be a test of movement and co-ordination.

Luke S was told he had to pour the contents of several bottles of milk into a large tube. The more successful he was, the greater the reward would be.

Dressed in a shiny white leotard and tethered by bungee cords, Luke S threw himself into the task, whooping and pouting and perfecting a crab-type movement to maximise efficiency.

Conor laughed hysterically and Luke S moved too fast for Sara to think of any words of encouragement.

He seems pretty pleased by his performance. We are still waiting to hear if Big Brother concurs.

Yes, it does seem that way justa.....or trying to keep us guessing so we watch against the competing Olympic coverage? I wonder if they've decided themselves yet what the final reward/penalties will be?

That would be particularly sweet Kaffs, as long as he leaves empty handed!

Day 58: Push the button

Yesterday, The White Room housemates - Sara, Conor and Luke S,  were told that whoever sticks in out in the overbearingly bright room the longest will be guaranteed a place in the final.

However, for one person, this chance will end - today.

The purposefully placed podiums will become active later this afternoon, after which they will be given three minutes to decide between themselves who will press their red button and be eliminated from The White Room.

If none of the Housemates voluntarily press their red button at the end of the three minutes, then Big Brother will ask them to make a majority decision as to who should go. Therefore, at least two of the housemates must be in agreement over who should press their red button.

Once a housemate has pressed their red button they'll be eliminated from The White Room, return to the House and lose their opportunity to win a pass to the final.

If the White Room housemates do not come to a majority decision, then the housemates in the Main House will be given one minute to decide who will be eliminated from The White Room task.

Whichever way it’s decided, three will become two today.

As it stands, they all have reasons to leave The White Room. Sara has been missing her possessions, her makeup and products in particular, Conor is annoyed with the food they're forced to eat and Luke S has Ashleigh waiting for him on the outside.

But who will be the first to push their button when the time comes?

Scotty
