I like the original song and I like this arrangement in parts, not so much in others. It seems to get going then stop dead, then get going again, but not in consistent way.

Still I prefer this to the previous cry baby effort.

Because she is pale, the colour of that dress seems to wash her out. 

She doesn't need gimmicks   A decent stylist is all; the rest is there already.
