I finally got around to watching Christmas Downton last night.

I know we'll mostly be busy at 9.00pm tonight  but there is a new series starting tonight on BBC 1 called 'The White Queen', a drama series about the War of the Roses. I think it looks promising so I'll be recording it. 

Xochers!   I'm recording the White Queen too (but it will probably be Autumn before I get to watch them!)   I watch The Returned today though - and didn't scream once....

I knew you would be!  Yep, 9.00pm is too occupied in my life for the same amount of time.

I did enjoy it - I'm intrigued.   I'm so behind with this week's telly already though - I've not seen The Americans or The Good Wife from this week (luckily The Good Wife finishes next week so I'll gain an hour a week back!)

I've not seen The Americans from last week either. Thankfully, I never got into The Good Wife.

Did anyone see that truly obnoxious child on the 'Child Genius. programme tonight. I wanted to put my hands through the screen and wring his neck!

Do you mean the one who was so arrogant and disrupted it for others in the room? what an irritating and obnoxious child!!! Some of the children in the programme seem nice but overall some children seem to be driven by their parents aspirations for them. I don't envy any of the parents with their so called genius children at all, personally I feel sorry for them.

On another note - I do so wish Corrie producers would stop giving Gail 'comic' scenes. I'm finding it embarrassing to watch TBH - she just isn't funny! That football scene was excrutiating!
