Coach Trip's Brendan Sheerin will bring his legendary tour guiding experience to a brand new format as he leads eight tourists on five day trips of a lifetime to exciting and exotic destinations across the world in Magical Mystery Tour (working title).
The catch on this tour is that everything is a mystery - where people are staying, what they'll be doing and who they are going to do it with. Contestants compete in mystery cultural challenges which will determine the quality of their holiday - winners earn mystery luxury upgrades like gourmet dinners, limos or suites in 5* hotels, whereas the losers must suffer budget downgrades and use public transport, stay on campsites or overnight in hostel dormitories.
The 20x30 series is made by 12 Yard Productions and will air in early 2013. Brendan will also front brand new series Brendan's Love Boat , made by Optomen, which will throw holidaymakers together on a cruise around the Mediterranean in a bid to help them find love

I enjoyed it too... not sure where it's going to go for another two episodes though. I'm finding Serena a thoroughly dislikeable person.
We have another David Tennant drama starting on Thursday on BBC2 - The Politician's Husband. I like the storyline (cabinet mininster forced to resign and PM gives his wife a cabinet job) but I'm scared I hate DT in it - he's got highlighted hair and looks all weasley, just like a real politician.
I think DT will be OK - I've seen some clips - he'll always be the Doctor for me anyway.

I know.. but I'm shallow and I can be fickle. I'm really not liking the highlights I'm so excited for the end of Broadchurch on Monday too.

Not half... I'm quite exhausted by it.
I never really got started - I was playing catch up from the off and it never really grabbed me.
Love the Ice Cream Girls.................we've had some really good dramas of late haven't we? I like this new trend of dramas that aren't 'cop/murder/investigation' based - I mean I know most of them involve a murder but it's not all driven from the Police/forensic side - there's more of the 'human' side.

I'm still watching The Village (even if it IS kinda bleak.... well.. a LOT bleak really) and I liked the Ice Cream Girls too. TV is quite good at the moment Sooz.. The Syndicate tomorrow and Scott and Bailey on Weds then more DT on Thursday. Happy days.
