It's brilliant, isn't it? I can't wait to find out who did it but I don't want it to end!

it really is... I'm starting to suspect the police woman's son.

Oh.. and what WAS that Aussie woman thinking, knocking back David Tennant?     Some people don't deserve their good fortune..

There are so many possibilities as to who did it though! We said that Tom did it or knows who did...he's not shown much trauma at his best mate's death for a start! I think Pauline Quirke's character is too obvious, but she does have his skateboard! And poor Jack  that was so sad.

Maybe the Aussie turned him down cos she did it

Wasn't she shagging his Dad at the time though?     Yeah, Pauline's up to something dodgy, but not murder i don't think - as you say, too obvious.    I hope Will Mellor's psychic character comes back into it too - I so wanted to hear what he had to say.

Have you watched Revolution, Xochi? (I've been off work today and I've got square eyes catching up with everything!)   I wasn't sure I'd like it when I realised it was all 'after the apocalypse' type stuff, but I really enjoyed it.

Kaffs

Yeah, she was shagging his Dad but maybe he caught them out? (serious straw clutching!!!)

I don't know if Pauline and that bald bloke are anything to do with the diesel thefts from the beginning? We thought that was where his dad was until he got found out!

And who does that hut that she cleans belong to? Is that where she found the skateboard? Is she covering for someone??

Of course I have!  Yep, I thought it dragged a bit, but I liked the idea of a device that can actually start the electricity up again!

Oh.. I dunnoooooo!!!   So many clues and red herrings!    We still have, what.. three episodes left?      I know what you mean about not wanting to know because I don't want it to end.

I didn't find it draggy - yet! - but I might get a bit bored with Miles taking on 30 militia men at a time with only a sword and winning.

Exactly! That really annoyed me too!  The way they panned the camera out to make sure we realised how many militia he'd killed... rather obvious signposting imo.

Xochi

OK I apologise... Christmas, Easter, Halloween I take a bottle of wine... and when I'm under stress... it just all boils over.

BUT GJ towards the end of last year made a very sarcastic and nasty post to me...out of the blue!!! W.T.H.   I was a bit shocked at him picking on me cos... I don't even know him.  So thats the source of my annoyance, truly.

It just bothered me, I'll go find his sarcastic post if you want....it was proper nasty...Though granted, I shouldn't have let it fester... but he was out of line.

GJ if you can't respond to my posts in a civil manner... just don't... move along.

Hi Rosie,

I must say I was a bit taken aback by the thread, I was unaware that there was any tension bubbling between you and GJ (I'm not the most observant of posters). But picking my way back through the conversation it would seem that there is some.

Just hoping you and GJ can work it out.

I for one have adopted the "post around" method. There are just some people (of late) I don't quite understand and one I have so much trouble reading I just don't bother.

Anyway, I hope you decide to stay, you would be missed.

No way out of my behaviour... ohh you can heat your house on my red embarrassed cheeks.. its forums...

Y'know theres a reason I don't drink anymore... I just get super aggressive...just at holiday times and its s bad, cos I miss my family [Jaysus noooo]

However...I like the alternative ways of socialising here... keep your salad thread going  tis something to build on..

Pauline Quirke is looking a bit dodgy isn't she? (the character that is) - I don't know if anyone else has mentioned this but the skate board is in her caravan. I would have thought the missing skateboard would have been a major focus of the investigation. If I'm honest I'm finding it a bit  now but as I've invested time in it - I'll keep half watching.

Pauline Quirke's character is definitely dodgy in some way, and the policewoman's son knows a lot more than he's letting on.

I'm hoping they won't have David Tennant solve the murder, only to kick the bucket of whatever illness he has.

I agree Soozy.... on all points.... but I'm also hanging in with it, mainly cos I love David Tenant    But I find the woman detective both boring and annoying!

does she?     I've not watched this week's yet - but her husband knocks her about and she nicks Diazepam from the hospital and sneaks it in his beer.    He thumped her when she said on telly she'd 'buy herself a house' with her winnings and she upped the dose - next time her daughter came home she said he'd gone to work away (even though his car and tools were still there and they're multi millionaires)  I forgot it was on last night - I'll need to catch up with it soon.

Kaffs

EC, I totally forgot about Jonathan Creek, gutted. Although I'm sure it will be repeated. I said, I'm sure it will be repeated.

OT: Does anyone else do this? If you're talking to someone and they use the word repeated in a sentence do you see how many times you can get them to repeat that sentence? My record to date is getting my Mother to repeat it 7 times before I could no longer keep a straight face. She still falls got it every time.

Back on topic. C4 tomorrow night 10pm.
